Without granting them my business, Mike Kulka filed for a $2000 government credit, collected it, and wouldn't hand it over to the company I did hire. I am considering pursuing legal action against Mike Kulka and the frauds at PM Environmental. They lied, stole my money, and provided a horrendous customer experience.
