  I’m done here. Switching most of my banking to anywhere else. They have blocked my credit twice now. Both were over disputes so I get it for 30-45 days but no, they blocked it the first time for a year and the second is going on two months. Absolutely ridiculous. The longest a dispute should take is 45 days not 60. I even told them the first time I talked to them if they couldn’t just refund it without a dispute I would eat the cost of the charges but they went ahead and disputed the charges anyway. Absolute joke.

  Everyone at Vibe Credit Union at Berkley Vibe Credit Union are very nice helpful friendly people I receive very, very good service there every time I come there.For me that the number one place to bank.   The worse bank! If it wasn’t for my taxes already being on their way for deposit I would have been left this bank slash artificial union since they really just unite with outsiders to take money out your account. Even when it’s proven to be unauthorized they’ll give you your money back then allow the people to go right back in your account so they can tell you to pay vibe $30 more so they can stop them. I will be reporting this to the cfpb as well as other outlets too.

  They consistently have messed up things on my account. I've been double charged for a withdrawl from their branch. I've been charged on multiple occasions for physical copies of my statement even though I have declined the service several times. They hold checks for twice as long as their policies say.. I'll be leaving this institution ASAP.

  I don't bank here, but I use their atm occasionally. It malfunctioned this past weekend and ate my card. So I have to give it 2 stars for the extreme inconvenience it's caused me all week.

  I only use the ATMs here, but I always have a quick, easy time. They have two, so there's almost never a line.
