  With lobby full of people clerk is talking with my daughter about her personal account Do people around have to know that she has good amount of money ??? Where is privacy ??? What if someone will follow her or kidnap her?? We are in oak park for God sake

  I had to use this bank because Huntington was closed today for "Technical Problems". The staff was friendly and quick-- and without a hassle to setup an account or any offers. The interior was clean and had one security guard that seemed bored out of his mind. The whole Bank of America company is dirty, rigged and money-hungry a**holes. I know the tellers and managers are doing their jobs, but their higher-ups are greedy. Their rates for any and all loans, cerificates & accounts are terrible, non-competitive, and as pathetic as their ripoff track record.

  I'm actually sitting in the drive thru as I post this. Its been 23 minutes so far and the teller still hasn't finished processing the one check that I gave her. Apparently the fact that it was opened in another state has completely boggled her mind. You can just tell when you pull up to certain branches that things aren't going to go well. Save yourself half an hour and go over to Woodward or better yet switch to Chase

  Consistently the worst banking experience ever. They never have enough staff to handle the customers in the lobby. NEVER! The tellers are friendly, but it is not worth the wait. Do yourself a favor and choose another bank.

  I had just recently opened an account with this bank. Jalisa Thomas helped me and she was phenomenal. She knew what she was doing, explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. If I could I would give it more stars.

  This branch is an absolute joke. I’ve never experienced a longer wait or more rude staff. To make matters worse, the bankers were just having a conversation behind the counter while a long line grew...unbelievable

  I dont know whats going on with bank of america very bad service they have lines of people going up to the road outside and they do have just one person taking care of all the people thats rude I waited more then 30mi!!!!!

  Just awful. I waited over an hour just to have a statement printed up and left before I could even speak with anyone because I refused to wait any longer. A couple was opening a bank account which took way too long because the banker was chit chatting about nonsense and she was the only one working the floor. I had to leave before the devil came out of me. What a mess.
