  Great staff and a very clean and new location, but the setup and logistics are terrible. There are no walk up tellers, instead you have to sign in on a tablet and then wait for them to call your name so you can go sit down with someone. This is a nightmare because you get stuck behind people making large transactions/taking out loans that will take a long time. All I needed was a cashiers check and I sat in the waiting area for over 20mins. I get that they’re trying to modernize, but this isn’t the way.

  I have been with MSUFCU since 2003! I have moved to a few different states and even out of the country for up to a year at a time and they were my primary financial institution. You literally can bank from anywhere in the world! I have only received top notch service and always polite and professional. Bill pay services are fantastic and a great day at to have all your payments in a easy to use and see past payment amounts. You can deposit checks using e-deposit and there is no need to go to a bank. It’s done using your mobile device. The rates seem competitive and I have yet to have any early payment penalties. I highly recommend them and know from other credit unions that they are at the top of the lot!

  Jerome is EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He's given me tips to help me become qualified for the best credit cards. As soon as I've walked in He's there to politely greet me, everytime.   Just became members this week, came in to the branch to make the deposit and Matt helped me. He was very nice, friendly and answered all my questions and got me set up in no time. I felt bad I kept him so late but he assured me it was okay. Can’t wait to see our financial future with this credit union.

  Very prompt service, using virtual teller is very easy, convenient and you can see and understand very well through the monitor. If you need assistance teller more than willing. Inside appears to be set up for social distancing and keeping all safe

  Bad so far. I got no information on my loan or when my loan payment is due. I called 4 times and just got re directed to departments where no one answered the phone.
