This location on the corner of Coolidge and Lincoln on the Huntington Woods side of the street is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. They have very knowledgeable bankers and friendly tellers. Almost every transaction is in and out. If you need to sit down with someone, there can be a wait side to covid protocols but it's worth it. The ATM inside the building goes down every now and then but that's because of very high usage. There is another one located across the street that is also often used. Everyone there is great but I have to give a head nod to Shawn who is very friendly, helpful, pleasant and extremely knowledge every single day. This branch has earned it's 5 stars

I was in the drive through banking line at 4:46pm, and the bank closed at 5pm. There was one car ahead of me. At 4:58pm the sign was flipped from open to closed. When the person in front of me pulled away at 5:01pm I pulled up and could not complete my transaction. Would you have escorted me out of the lobby if it turned 5pm and I hadn’t been waited on?

This bank always has a line of customers for the tellers but only one person working at the window. There are 8 people working here. Why can't one of them assist to get custmers out faster? Everyday after 3pm it is bad. I'd stay away or use drive through. Very dissatisfied with the service. Use the location on Woodward for good service always 3 tellers to help in and out in 10mins tops.

Has to be the worst bank the atm machine's are always down and can never dispense cash they have a huge parking lot with one atm that never works not understanding why they wouldn't put 2 atms and it is always broke I mean out of 7 days a week it works 1 day a week.

Needed to cash a check and they stamped back of it and let me wait for about 15-20 minutes, people going back and forth in the back. After she came back she told me that she could not cash the check. I took it to another bank and they turned it over and saw that it was stamped on the back and they would not cash it. The check was from an insurance company so it wasn't a bogus check that they could check out but instead it took me about four days to find someone to cash this check after they stamped all over it. when I called the next day and spoke with the supervisor she couldn't do anything about it and said "oh it's okay someone will cash it" and I asked her "why couldn't you" she had no answer but to say that they never cashed this check from me before.

My wallet was recently lost/stolen, which had my ID and debit card in it. I went to the bank as soon as I realized this to either freeze my account or cancel my card, but the refused to help me in any way. I brought my social security card and birth certificate along as forms of identification, and after waiting over 15 the teller insisted they needed a photo ID before they could help me. If my wallet is missing, how can I give then a photo ID? I was then told I would need to sit down with a banker if I wanted to discuss this further, but there was only one available and 2 other people were already waiting, and they both said they had been waiting for over an hour. I had to leave for work before I was able to see anyone, so now I need to try to go back tomorrow and probably be told that there isn't anything they can do for me. The wait for service is one thing. But how can they not do anything to protect my account when my whole wallet is lost? It's unacceptable that I have to wait the 2-5 weeks it takes for an ID to be mailed out from the secretary of state before they can do anything. In that time frame someone could completely drained my account and I won't even know about it because Chase refused to help in any way. I am beyond livid.

Very disappointed! We recently moved to the Berkley area and have been coming to this Chase location out of convenience. This was a great location as it was on the way home from work. We have visited this location a dozen of times and finally, we say no more! We usually use the drive thru to deposit business/personal checks. The drive thru is usually quick right? Not here, besides waiting forever (15 mins or more each time) the tellers have consistently missed a check and has sent it back in the cup. I have to resend the cup back and let them know they missed a check. They don't seem apologetic and we wait 15 more mins for the deposit to be completed. I also don't understand how you have 4 drive thru windows, but only one or two stations open with one teller. I understand a week day, but a Friday at 5:00pm it’s busy. People use the drive thru as a convenience and they should not have to wait long if doing simple deposits no matter what day of the week it is. Going inside the location is not better than the drive thru. They usually have a long line and it does not move any faster than the drive thru. Of course, only one teller. I’ve seen people walk out due to being frustrated waiting so long. After realizing that is takes 30 mins at the bank for just a simple deposit, I realized I must go out of my way to another location. The chase on woodward is fast, quick, and I never wait long in the drive thru or inside. What a shame chase that I have to go out of my way to just have something done right in a timely manner….

If I could do a negative star I would. Always have issues depositing checks into an account. Each teller gives me a different reason, but mainly the name on the account is not exactly as written on the check. and half the time they are wrong. Any other branch I go to, absolutely no problems.

This branch has absolutely pathetic customer service. Prepare to wait in line for hours - even if you make an appointment. It’s like the Seinfeld episode, “you know how to take a reservation, you just don’t know how to keep a reservation.” Making an appointment at this branch does not guarantee you any priority, and, in fact, even with an appointment you are told to wait behind others in line who did not make appointments but arrived to the location before you did. In attempting to setup a new account we called ahead and were told, “no need for an appointment, just make sure you’re here by 4:45PM because that’s the latest we will allow the process of opening a new account to begin.” So, we didn’t make an appointment, showed up at 4:30PM, waited an hour and were told at 5:30PM when we finally were seated with a representative, “it’s past 4:45PM so you’ll need to make an appointment and come back tomorrow.” But that’s not the end of it! We made an appointment for 9:15AM the following morning, showed up on time and asked to see our representative whom we had made an appointment with. However, we were then told, “you’ll have to wait for others to be seen first who arrived before you did” despite the fact that none of the other customers had made an appointment (we asked them)! Truly an embarrassment in customer service.

Sub par branch. Drive up ATM has been out of operation multiple time when I have visited. The ATM drive through is a recipe to screw up your tires and wheels when leaving - be careful. Who designed the curbs?
