  Bruce Biggers made my experience unbelievable. He answered every call, did exactly what he said he would do. Help me every step of the way. I would never consider using any other mortgage company. He got me a 2.75% interest rate. Unheard of on a 30 year fixed mortgage.

  I recently decided that I wanted to buy a house so I went to Platinum Mortgage and worked with Bruce Biggers to make it happen. Bruce was very easy to get a hold of and if I missed him he was always quick to get back to me. He was definitely great to work with and more than willing to help in any way that he could.

  What can I say regarding Marcia at Platinum Home Mortgage?...She was AMAAAAZING! When my husband and I first met her after our phone interview (meeting lolz) I told her I wanted someone who was a straight shooter no bs. We were first time homebuyers but between hubby and I we did sooooo much research we felt as if we knew it all lolz so we didnt want anyone who was going to try and talk circles around us or beat around the bush. I told her I work in negotiations so we NEEDED someone who has been in the game awhile. After asking our questions and her being legit honest and true we walked out of her office as if we had known her for a lifetime. Marcia was there for us day and night even through this covid pandemic by email by phone by telegram (lolz, joking) but she was and when hubby and I walked out of closing and seen her still there in her car waiting we KNEW SHE WAS THE ONE FOR US! Any friends family or people reading reviews give Marcia a ring. xxoo Marcia keep it up!

  Bruce Biggins was our loan officer at Platinum Morgage made everything so easy. He answered all our questions promptly. He has a great sense of humor . He is very knowledgeable in his field of work. Ryan Pearson our real estate agent works with him a lot. I would refer everyone to Bruce!

  My daughter was shopping for a home in the Rockford, Il area. she secured her pre-approval thru a local bank and she began looking for a home. Throughout this process we felt that the loan officers at the Bank were not responsive and certainly not timely to our needs, or questions. She was a first time home buyer and I was assisting her in the process. We eventually got very frustrated with the Bank, and were referred to Nick Goza at Platinum Mortgage. The difference was night and day. He assisted us at every step, kept us informed, always responded in a timely manner and just made the process stress free. My daughter has closed on her home, and of course, Mr. Goza was at the closing to assist if needed. I really can't say enough positive things about Platinum Mortgage and Mr. Goza

  Bruce Biggers was able to help me purchase my first home after having a rough start with my first loan officer. During my first attempt, I assumed everything was going well. I barely talked with my loan officer and mostly all communication was via email. I submitted all necessary documentation as requested but hit a snag when I was informed that my prepaid account in which I had for 7+ years would not work (Which I should have known). I was informed to open a traditional account and transfer all my funds to this account (very bad idea). After all of this, I was then informed that some deductions on one of my tax returns took me out of the income bracket to quailify for the FHA loan that I was applying for. Very disappointing. However, I was referred to Bruce Biggers. He has 25+ years experience in mortgage loans. Once all the initial documentation was submitted to Bruce he called me. He explained to me that there would be a lot of work involved but he was confident that he could get my loan approved. He asked me if I was willing to put in the work? I agreed. He was not joking. I had to resubmit some documents 3 to 4 times. It was really stressful and frustrating at times. But Bruce was there 100%. He called, texted, and emailed me with updates and any additional information that was needed. I am very grateful for all the hard work and effort that he invested in helping me. I am now a proud homeowner and I owe it all to him.I will refer Bruce Biggers to anyone looking for a loan to buy a home. Thanks you, Bruce Biggers.
