  I am very happy with the service I received. Mike was amazing, he was very quick to respond to any questions or issues I had. He offered me amazing down payment assistance to help with my loan. The process was very quick, I am very pleased. I will be recommending him to everyone I know that wants to purchase a home.

  Ron Lawson, is a fantastically amazing person! He definitely go’s out of his way to assist you with every step of the way.   Erich was my loan officer and working with him made my first time buying a home smooth and nice experience. We looked at many homes before choosing the right one for our family. Erich calculated all the mortgage payment for each home and was extremely patient! He was available to answer all our questions throughout the entire process and always made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this loan officer to work with any future home buyer in winnebago county.
