  We searched for many months for the perfect home. But we couldn’t have done it without our amazing realtor at Berkshire Hathaway, Jodi Stromberg! She was intentional, incredibly helpful, and just honestly intuitive. She was patient and helped us find the most perfect home for us to raise our growing family in. We are the most thankful for her, her wisdom, patience, and excitement in helping us find the right home for us! At the end of finding our home, we also know we found friendship with her. And I’m just not sure that’s the case everywhere else. Thank you!!!!

  We met with our realtor Kathy Ricotta by chance on a showing of a house. We had several other realtor recommendations, but as soon as we saw how prepared she was we decided to go with her. That was the best choice we could have made! Kathy used all of her knowledge about houses to help us make sure that we were getting the full picture when we looked at a house. We searched for a long time trying to find the perfect one, and we wouldn't have found it without Kathy. We feel prepared to be homeowners, and confident in our decision now that we have closed. Kathy made sure to keep both us and our bank on top of everything throughout the process of closing. She was great at communication, even when she had personal issues keeping her from work she made sure that another realtor from her office was available to help. We are so happy that we chose Kathy, and we suggest her to everyone we know that is looking for a house.   Cathy Fiebig was our Berkshire Hathaway agent, and she did a wonderful job! Cathy contacted me immediately after I expressed an interest in a property shown on Zillow, and from there we were shown several other homes. Cathy proved knowledgeable about the area as well as home details we were unfamiliar with. She advised us on how best to proceed once we found a home we loved.
