  I've been with HCU for 18 years now & am glad I chose them! I came from a small town in Indiana and didn't know what from what. This was the first place I saw and never have looked back!   I am 55 years old head many banking institutions. I have my 2 daughters myself I even brought my ex wife here to bank. They know your name when you walk in. You're not just a number. They are part of our community and they show it.

  Staff always is very friendly and quick to serve the customer. I have worked with Tyler and Tom for loans so far. Both have answered my questions to a T and always allowed me to finish my question before cutting me off.

  I have been with H.C.U. for over 30 years, very pleasant and, professional atmosphere, they are attentive to the customers needs and, concerns. I do miss Carm but, retirement is always great too.

  Ever since I’ve became a member, I have not been short on Heritage's unwavering support! And how there online system works for me and to assist me in all my needs when needed and if I couldn’t at anytime receive a loan, they would have me to come in and personally tell me why and in detail how I could change that, and when I did, whoop! There it is!! I received in no time what I wanted and it made me more acknowledgble for the future for my own sake over material monies in hand.. Thank You Haritage for imparting knowledge over foolishness of how credit is worth more than it’s weight in paper! 😃👍🏽 Sincerely K. Pryor

  I was trying to sign on to the app and it says my sign in is incorrect, so I called the bank knowing they weren’t open, the message says hit 0 to leave a message. I did that but then it says that is unavailable. There is no way to email them because one is not listed on their page. So if something happens to my account outside of 10-5 there is no way to contact anyone. Very frustrating!!
