      Our salesman Brad greeted us when we arrived. He was friendly and professional. He was very interested in what we had to say. He asked questions about what we wanted what was important and what we could not live without. Then he sure a car to us as being the perfect car for us. He was right. The test drive he took us on was designed to show us how the car really rides. Bumps hills places to accelerate. I fell in love with the car. We bought it and it has been great except for one thing a headlight did not work. When I called Brad he told me to bring it in the next day. I was to see him first so he could it out. There was indeed a burned out bulb. They replaced it at no cost to me -Brad took care of it. Would I buy another Hyundai Sonata of course. I would also work with Brad again he was awesome and treatment of us made us feel special.

      So, i have a 2019 Hyundai Elantra SE, that had a check engine light code for "cooling system performance", it came on 3 different times which i took it in each time, so I was not a happy customer at first, but the 3rd time I believe they solved the problem by replacing the thermostat. at 7200 miles on a car, that is so unfortunate, but they gave me a free rental car to help keep me happy. So all in all, nothing is perfect, but Hyundai will make things right to keep you a happy customer I believe!

      Had a GREAT experience with Hyundai on Perryville...sales rep Dan did not pressure me at all, VERY friendly and knew his vehicles inside and out and was VERY respectful. Was outside looking and he approached with a smile and did not even talk cars for the first few minutes as he was more interested in getting to know me. I knew which Sonata I really wanted to look at at he took me right inside and to the show room floor and showed me the Lakeside Blue Sonata that I was interested in. We then test drive a similar one and it drove GREAT. We then sat at a table and filled out some paperwork and we agreed on a price. Then my son and I left for dinner and he completed getting the vehicle prep completed and thing set up, upon my return we talked a little then Pat came over and we went over some of the books and features and gave AWESOME advice on on questions I had and showed more respect. Then the sales manager Edgar came over and we went to his office and completed all the paperwork remaining and was WONDERFUL doing both the financial work plus his normal duties of treating a customer with respect. Once completed Dan and I talked a little more and he turned me over to Pat who took me out to my new Sonata and spent as much time as needed going over the features and how things work. This is the second Hyundai I purchased from this dealer and I feel the TEAM of Dan, Pat and Edgar were the BEST the dealership has!! THANK YOU ALL for the respect, knowledge and friendlyness shown. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

      Dealt with Nick and Jose. Both were well mannered and polite. I wasn't hounded by anyone during the process, they gave me space and were there when I needed them. Definitely recommend!

      I went to Hyundai on Perryville today to look for an Elantra. As soon as I got there, I felt very welcome because an older gentleman came to greet us immediately as soon as we got out of our car. Sean Dunn was the salesman that helped out today. He was very helpful, considerate and never pressured me to do anything, not like a majority of salesmen I've talked to in the past! Everything went well smoothly and all employees were very helpful too throughout the entire purchasing process. They made sure I got what I wanted and made sure I left happy with a very clean car. A service guy came and did some more detailing on my car before I left too! So if you're looking for a Hyundai, check out Hyundai on Perryville. Ask for Sean Dunn too!

      Although, I didn’t purchase a vehicle yet jack was great to work with!!! He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my kids while sitting in there.       You are better off going to Janesville you'll be treated better and get better pricing. I tried to do the exact same deal at Rockford that I ended up doing in Janesville because Hyundai on Perryville isn't interested in selling cars, or taking care of customers.

      I bought a used Tucson limited, the salesman never told me the car was in an accident, when I pulled the car fax there was a report of a front end collision in NY, but the airbags never deployed. The dealership had replaced the tires on the car with used tires, (4 different tires on the car) I had to replace the tires before the winter, I only drive this car from Rockford to Elgin on a daily basis and now I’m paying over 1,000 dollars to replace the entire breaking system on a 2016 car I bought with 29k miles on it in August, this dealership sells nothing but lemons, I would not dare go back to this dealership if they were giving away free cars. The maps had to get updated, when I took the car to the dealership to do that I ended up having to pay $500 to do that and now the navigation system won’t load on the car. This place is ridiculous. I believe they are owned by Anderson group, so I would stay away from them too
