  We are very much in love with our pool and satisfied with pinnacle service! The owners Shane and Ellen were very considerate with our concerns and were very responsive to call to what we felt was an emergency concern. The office staff Emily was responsive to needs when no one was available and follow up to make sure it would get done. Bradley during pool school represented the company very well and made sure we were satisfied with our product and answered the millions of questions without hesitation. Micheal the project manager was adaptive to our changing requests and concerns throughout the process. Damien made sure all concrete and surrounding was exactly how we wanted it because it could not be redone with multiple phone call and approvals. We never felt as if we were bothering or annoying them. All calls and requests were taken care of in a professional manner with patience as this was our first pool we have ever constructed. Would have like to have more updates throughout the process and a notice that all patio furniture should be removed during construction. But overall pleased with the product and the price was the best and fair comparable to the outrageous quotes I received beforehand. Thank you pinnacle for the beautiful pool we will enjoy for many years to come!

  These guys were awesome and professional from start to finish. Before getting a quote from Pinnacle we had gotten one other quote. The cost was almost 50% more and the sales folks seemed to be going through the motions and offered no input or ideas. We were discouraged to a point that we were almost ready to give up on the idea. We decided to contact Pinnacle to at least get one more quote and when their sales folks showed up, they were not only enthusiastic but very informative and collaborative on ideas as well. We went from being discouraged about the process to excited and optimistic! The whole team was professional from beginning to end and we are very pleased with the way everything came out. We did have a minor problem or two, but they were very responsive and quick to correct the issues. Overall, they worked with us very closely to make sure that we ended up with a product we were happy with. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to put in a pool!

  Pinnacle Exterior has exceeded all of my expectations. I hired them to build a spa-like pool, including an outdoor kitchen. I use my home to host parties and events for my business, so I surely need to impress my clients. I was blown away by how beautiful this project turned out and I already can't wait for my next event. Taylor was great to work with through the sales and design process. The employees were on time and finished the job early. They were professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend using this company for any of your construction needs.

  Overall my experience with Pinnacle Exterior Construction was great. They were able to start the job sooner than expected, which lead to an early finish. My pool turned out absolutely beautiful. Also the staff members were very responsive, especially Mike, the Project Manager. Any time that I had questions, I'd always get an answer. The office staff was great too.   We love our new pool and spa built by Pinnacle. They went the extra mile working with us on on selecting pool finishes and ensuring equipment and drainage worked perfectly. All of the crews that came out were professional and skilled. The communication throughout the process was lacking, which pushed the timeline out and caused some frustration. But the result is really beautiful and high quality.

  Exceeded all expectations. I had them replace my fence, driveway gate, and side gate after Hurricane Ida. They fit me in sooner than expected, did the work faster than expected, and it wouldn’t be fair to call their work just fence replacement. What they did was a huge upgrade to what we had previously! They also problem solved a number of unique issues with my fence and gates, and the end result was better than what we were thinking and it was all done within our budget. I cannot recommend them more.

  Extremely professional. Michael stayed in contact with us throughout every step of the process. Crews didn't just work from 9-5. They'd stay until the task for the day was finished (sometimes 7-8 at night). Gave us a "how to" class on controlling the lights, pumps etc from our phones or panel. If you're on the fence about getting a pool, go with pinnacle!

  Pinnacle’s exceptional team did everything above and beyond what we asked. We loved that they were fast and very professional. All of the workers were very polite and considerate. We are very pleased with our pool and are now going to use Pinnacle again to build us an outside bar. Great company!!!!!!!

  Everyone, from the managers to the accountant to the owner was very knowledgeable, responsive and direct. We had approximately 300 linear feet of a 8 foot pine privacy fence with top cap and fascia and the 3-4 man crew knocked it out in 2.5 days (including demo and haul off). If you ever need a fence or concrete poured, I highly recommend using these guys!

  We had Pinnacle come out and build a 12x24 pool with a 8’ California style fence and we could not be happier. We enjoyed every step of getting our pool and fence built. They were very professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Who knew you could get a pool and fence done in 5-6 weeks. Im so thankful that we chose the right pool builder. I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone wanting a professional company to build your dream backyard.
