That's Controversial Podcast1I would give zero stars if I could. My grandfather needed cash, and Takala refused to help him from the pickup window because he didn’t have photo ID. Even when we produced a debit card LIKE SHE ASKED, she refused to help us and made us get in the ATM line after waiting for 10 minutes, and we had to wait another 10 minutes. Made us late for lunch. If this is how you train your employees to act, it’s a shame. Hire better people. (Side note: Patricia usually helps us in the drive-thru, and she’s great. When you inevitably have to fire Takala for her incompetence and lack of social aptitude, hire someone like Patricia.)

dima Ayyoub1First thing first I never had a bad experience with any institution I deal with like the one I get with chase. I barely go to the bank I do most of my stuff online but it happen that I need a cashier check and I had to wait thirty minutes to get done they have asked for all kind of identification which I gave them 3 plus they send me a code which is fine but why 30 minutes. Second thing I have requested to add a service to my business account and been informed that a business banker has to contacted me its been 2 month and followed up with the branch on Florida Blvd and no one called what kind of service is that. I truly don't recommend any one to chase this is not a way to treat a client. Will sure come soon to close my account.

Blake Buratt Fitness1The bank itself is fine, the manager on the otherhand is a completely different story. Rude, will not verify anything and makes up policies to not deal with you, no other Chase has these policies. I have been denied having my check cashed every single time the manager(not sure of the name, she is AA ) has ever been my teller, she refuses me any service at all and refuses to make any calls or verify anything. No other teller there gives me any issues and no other Chase has ever heard of these policies. Is it because I am white? What is the deal there? I would love to have it explained to me. No manager at any other location has heard of these policies, nor have they refused me service and been so downright rude. Chase needs to get their managers in check.

Amit Patel1This is the worst Chase bank ever. I had an appointment with Binbin Hu on June 15th at 10:30 am. Being a good customer I go there on time and they could not take us in due to Covid 19 policy of one customer at a time in the Branch. That was the reason I was given and Bank told us to wait until they are finished with the customer in the Branch. So we said no problem we will wait. They were suppose to call and let us know when to come in the Branch until then we waited in the car. Got no call from anyone at Branch and got no service... All the Employees especially Angella needs to be trained on how to take care of customer. Thank you

Angie Dietrich5I want say how happy I am to have had the PLEASURE OF MEETING Angela Pichon and the gentleman in training Eric Carver to service my needs. They took the extra step to ensure that the costumer (myself) needs were heard!!!! Chase Bank because of these two employees has kept me as a customer for life!!!! Not often you find employees that go the extra mile to see who the honest ones truly are.

Mark D (Ike)1Made a 3:30 appointment to open a student acct for my son, I’m called and asked to come in at 3:00 instead. Have my son meet their at three to wait and watch other people come in sign in and get waited on while I wait... makes no sense , unprofessional and won’t get my family business anymore...

Mollie J. Merrett1Horrible branch. I’m leaving this bank as a result of gross mishandling of an account I had. The one time I spoke with the manager she mouthed off to me over the phone and was just plain rude and tried to redirect my complaint and blame corporate. She didn’t take my concern seriously.

Charity Bailey1Don't get a check written from a Chase customer then expect to be able to cash it. This bank is a sinking boat.

Jeff Simmerman5This is a nationwide bank, but the branch makes it feel like a small bank. If you take the trouble (if it is a trouble) to learn their names, they'll greet you when you arrive.

Lee Joan1The staff is friendly but the wait time is incredibly long. I waited over 40 mins to open account and didn’t not come to the bank during peak time.
