  Staff incredibly friendly and likeable. However, poor customer service.Will leave you in the dark, does not return phone calls or emails. If, you call more than 3 times in a week, they will tell you to take your business elsewhere because you call too much. Used another lender and closed 45 days later! Save your time with these clowns

  Kade, I'm sorry we could not approve your loan request. I tried to explain to you we are not a credit repair company. I gave you options to go to a credit repair company or find another lender that might can qualify you with the lower credit score. I'm sorry we couldn't help you.

  Would give them a zero star if I could. Never answer the phone. Terrible communication. As other REAL reviews state Paul is a car sale men’s and very rude. If you call too many times for answers they drop you. DONT USE PLACE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH DEAL. People who’ve left good reviews are only bc of JORDAN the only good person there

  Justin you have never done business with us. I am sorry your girlfriend did not qualify for a loan. My loan officer tried to do everything she could to help her. We had to stop taking your multiple inappropriate daily calls.
