  My debit card was canceled due to fraud. Was told to go get a new one in any branch. However ALL branches are closed on a non holiday. So now I’m stuck without a debit card. To make it worse, it is impossible to contact anyone for support. I have been banking with Neighbors for years and they are steadily going downhill, especially since switching to the automated tellers.

  The back office team led by Cynthia Marshall and the very helpful branch representative Kerry Jackson gave me top notch service the other day. I expressed my concerns about being in public given the COVID surge and they did their very best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I appreciate their expediency and professionalism.

  The employees at Neighbors are always helpful. I accomplished three tasks on my last visit, which only took about 7 minutes. Fast, efficient, and friendly!!

  I love NeighborsFCU, Everytime I come the tellers are so nice and courteous. My last experience Tiffany Watson was just a delight and I enjoyed my experience with her. Great Job

  Excellent service in all ways. No matter what my needs or my questions in all transactions I have always felt the warmth patience and when I leave I am more convinced I made the right choice! Every worker, each person has been so helpful that when I leave the building I can no find any complaint and by the contrary I feel total satisfaction from the manager to front desk at the building. I am so grateful with the help that Erika Banchard has done while I was overseas and I lost my bank card in one ATM. She was So profesional and helpful! Class A !! First class of service! I can recommend NeighborsFCU 💯 per cent. Thank you very much NeighborsFCU well put the name!

  I've always gotten great service from Neighbors. I deal with Neighbors mostly over the phone and every request I've made has been met quickly and every issue I've brought up has been resolved in a timely and professional manner. .

  The live tellers change is horrible! They won’t allow you to do deposits at the ATM anymore.. It’s two lanes for the live tellers and it’s always packed because some people are doing live tellers and taking about 30+ minutes when ALL I NEED TO DO IS DEPOSIT!!!!!! Ekkkkkkkkk
