  I was so happy to work with DSLD. This was my first time purchasing a new home and Evelyn made the process so easy! She was so helpful and stays on top of everything. From applying to closing everyone was there to help and available to answer any questions I had. If you’re looking for a mortgage company, DSLD is the place to go! Highly recommend!

  Buying my first home through DSLD Homes was probably the best decision I have ever made! What made this experience even better was choosing Mrs. Evelyn to be my Loan Officer! Y’all.. Mrs. Evelyn and her team at DSLD took all the stress away from the first-time home buying process! Her & her lovely sidekick Danielle, who were always on top of everything! They kept in touch every step of the way, from document collection, to processing, and underwriting. Always available for a quick call and fast to respond to emails. They truly do only have your best interest at heart! Thank you guys for everything!!!

  From start to finish, DSLD made the home buying process stress free. I had the pleasure working with Kristen, Honi, Amber & Trey. Everyone was always there to answer the phone, text, or email. Around closing, Kristen even sent my fiancé and I the sweetest video congratulating us on our new home. She also signed a card for us :) Such a thoughtful gesture! Thanks to the entire DSLD family for making the home buying process a PLEASURE. Our new home is already filled with so much love & appreciation!

  Krissy was so wonderful throughout my whole process. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous. However, throughout every step of the way, Krissy guided me, explained everything in detail, and answer every question I had! Her and her assistant were patient and so caring. I really enjoyed working with them!

  My husband and I purchased a home in the Ascension Parish area through DSLD. I'm sure for anyone buying a home can become a bit frustrating at times however our "team" at DSLD did an amazing job and held our hand throughout the entire process. Dana Scharwath, our Mortgage Loan Originator was always there to answer any question we may have had. Thank you all so much!!!

  DeNeice Varnes was our mortgage originator and we couldn’t be more pleased!!! She explained each step of the process very well and was always available to answer questions. Monica Price was our loan processor. She guided us on our final documents/paper work. We had a smooth experience with DSLD Mortgage. We’re loving our new home!!!

  I have never bought a home of my own. If and when I do decide I WOULD NEVER go with DSLD!!!! My daughter and son in law closed on there home today, a time that was suppose to be a very happy and memorable time for them and their family and a proud moment for me. DSLD robbed them and me of that! They were scheduled to close Dec 3rd originally, that date was pushed back a few days, then a few more days and then finally until today. Granted things happen out of one's control. So today they were told to be there for 11:00 am. They were there on time , signed , keys issued and all. Then only to be told they had to wait . They sat and waited until 3:30 p.m. for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! These people are so unprofessional and unorganized. They finally get to there BRAND NEW HOME and the air conditioner is not working. Called DSLD and was told it was too late in the evening to get someone there. They have to spend their first night in their new home HOT! Thank God tho they are unorganized because they hadn't signed paperwork for the final walk through. Very displeased!!!
