  Excellent service !! this is the first time going into a buying process for our first home; this market has been a challenge to finally get into one, but Phil made the process smoother , we were impress with his professionalism , commitment and communications skills and I do recommend Phil and his team to everyone for their mortgage needs.

  Phil was really easy to work with and helped me to make very informed decisions in terms of my finances toward the home. His biggest strength is that he's honest and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to VA loans. He'll take your needs and questions and provide understandable and realistic solutions. Phil's ability to clearly explain "all the numbers" is what makes him the best. And if that's not enough, he'll do everything he can to make sure you are taken care of whether that's through financials or if he needs to expedite external agencies. For me, my title/escrow company was not working to my benefit and Phil made sure to keep calling them until he was able to resolve the problem. Thanks to all his hard work, I was able to close on timeline despite hiccups from other agencies. I highly recommend him as your next loan officer.

  Phil made our first homebuying experience smoother than we'd hoped. We walked in with no idea what to expect, and the first thing we received was a detailed but easy to understand brief on the process from start to finish. He kept in touch through the process, was quick with paperwork, and answered all the questions we had without having to consult anyone else. His knowledge regarding the VA loan was super helpful as well. We dont have any regrets working with Phil for out first homebuying experience.

  Phil was absolutely amazing to work with. I'm a first time home buyer and he made everything so easy. I was really happy to be working with a fellow veteran who can explain that part of the process for me. I must have called him a million times with different questions and he was always available to take the call and answer my endless questions. The website and app make it so easy to submit documents and get them what they needed. No need to have a scanner at home. I was able to just take a picture with my phone and submit it in the app. It was so easy. Phil is just an awesome guy as well. I met him at the Tacoma freedom fest and took his card. He even remembered who I was a little over a year later. I always felt like I wasn't just another client. I wasn't just another number for him. I would fully recommend him to anyone. I will be sending all my friends and family to him. He is the best.

  I called Phil on a Friday night at 7pm. At the time I was having trouble comparing offers from multiple lenders. He stopped everything he was doing and spent the next 3 hours breaking down each offer line by line, comparing apples to apples, and showing me how he could beat the competitors. I went with him and closing was an extremely smooth process. Would recommend 100%!
