My quality of lie has improved as they have assisted me with making smart decisions as I try to rebuild my credit and secure my future retirement. I have all my accounts and home mortggae with them. Lindsey is an amazing person to work with. She is kind and compassionate. Thanks to all the staff of this branch for your excellent customer service.

Stephanie Hagel1Good luck getting any customer service at this branch. It takes months to get a debit card...after 3 or more requests. I think there is 1 teller that asks how I want my cash back. Generally I receive 50's and 100's without being asked. I went in last week to add an account and I stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes, unacknowledged, while the lady sat there on the phone discussing a car loan. A small family walked in behind me and went unacknowledged as well. These may seem like small things, but I don't feel like the people in this branch care about their customers. The attitude I receive is arrogant and unreachable. No personal interaction. No smiling or joking. Very cold atmosphere. There are 2 people there who have been helpful and friendly: Donna and another gal who helped me open my checking account. In fact I stayed because of her. But she was so overwhelmed by the sudden flux of people at the door she forgot to order my debit card. There were 2 tellers by the drive up, the gal up front on the phone and the gal in accounts. The tellers ignored everyone too. I don't know who is running this place but they don't know dink about customer service. I'm leaving this Credit Union with my next check. I'm done.

Kali Louman5The start to the fix took awhile but after talking to 3-4 agents the last was WONDERFUL! She talked to the techs and stayed on it until it was fixed and then to me followed up with a phone call. No one else did that. I do want to point out that the agent I spoke with from the Bill Pay department was really not knowledgeable in her area. It felt like a waisted call and nothing came of it. One more thing . . . bill pays should NOT be tied to a SS# as a single SS# can have multiple accounts.

Robert Steck1I come into the branch on 5th Ave in downtown Seattle once a month to do share branching and the staff has always been great until today. The lady was very rude and told me I can't do shared branching. I explained I've done this before. She continue to run around in circles trying to explain why. I asked when the policy changed and she refused to answer the question. I am fine with policies changing, but not fine with being treated poorly.

W660 AID1I opened this account because I thought it would be a good idea to have a local account, I bank with USAA (best bank in the world). I wired transferred some money from USAA, they charged only 7.00 dollar to do the wire, but Harborstone charged 20.00 to receive my own money, they didn't do one thing to receive my money, per the manager Eric I spoke with today. No worries this will be a short lived relationship. I really wish i would have read these reviews before opening this account.

Jeremy Stewart1Yesterday a Home Depot security chased a thief to this Harbor Stone credit union and the Credit Union employees called authorities to report that the Home Depots officer was harassing the thief. How are they treating your money and protecting thiefs?

We did have a person enter our location indicating their fear of being followed. Staff secured the situation and immediately called the authorities for further assistance. As the incident developed with the loss prevention staff from our neighboring business, we connected the individual in question with the police to ensure that the authorities were able to conduct their business. Our staff are trained in a variety of situations to ensure the safety of our members and employees. We take our role in the community seriously and hope this additional information helps clarify what transpired.

Sammie Babb5I would suggest you all ignore these terrible reviews below mine- this place is great! I have hated every bank I've worked with besides Harborstone, and at this particular branch all the employees are sooo sweet! I'm moving soon and will have to start going to a different branch and I'm gonna miss these guys!

Michael Douglas1Waited in the drive up line for 30 minutes (HAD CARS SHOW UP AFTER I DID AND STILL GET SERVED FIRST) will not be going to this location ever again. Are these really the people that handle my money?

Taryn Aalbers1Horrible. I will be leaving this bank as soon as I can cancel this credit card. A credit card that wasn't explained in full to me, and now my money is tied up where I can't get to it. (it will be 2-3 weeks until I will be able to get my own money.)
