  We had such an easy and smooth first time home buying experience because of Vance and Yvette with Rally Point Mortgage. They got us the best interest rate we could find and gave us credit toward closing costs as well. Vance was so easy to get ahold of whenever myself or my realtor needed to reach him. He was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all my first time home buyers questions as well. According to my research non of the competitors in the area could match what he got us for our VA loan! Like I said he made the process so smooth, we even closed in 29 days!

  If we could, we would scream from the hilltops, how wonderful our experience was with Vance. He guided us through the entire buying process and also helped educate sellers and buyers about VA loans. Due to his extensive knowledge and teaching, we were able to buy the home of our dreams.   My realtor Vance was a tremendous help in buying a house site unseen. During a military pcs from Hawaii to Wa with covid restrictions. Vance went out of his way several times to the house I ultimately purchased providing in depth details and photos. Buying a house site unseen is nothing I would normally do. But with Vance it was like having a family member giving me honest feedback. Love the new place

  I normally don’t write reviews; however, Vance and Yvette’s commitment to veterans, knowledge of the VA system, attention to detail, and countless late (very late) hours impressed me to such a degree that it would be remiss and an absolute dereliction of duty to stay silent. I have always used brokers when purchasing homes and, quite honestly, have never received such devoted and personalized attention… ever! They treated my wife and I as family and went to bat for us, on several occasions, by personally vouching for our integrity and further educating realtors and sellers alike, on the truth behind the benefits of the VA process while squelching the common misconceptions. End result… they got us into our dream retirement home with a realtor and seller that were adamant about selling to someone that was acquiring a conventional loan. I could write chapters about their outstanding service but will wrap it up by stating “Look no further!!!   I can't say enough good about Vance and Yvette. They helped us through the process of getting our first home loan and had our back every step of the way.   As first-time home buyers we started this process by looking up local lenders for a VA loan. As a member of the military we were bombarded with lenders claiming to be veteran friendly and offer the best rate. We did some research and decided to give Vance Walden and Rally Point Mortgage a call. The local lenders could not even come close to what Vance and Yvette were able to offer. They work with over 100+ lenders who were able to offer us a rate almost a full percent below the local lenders. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Every detail of the home buying process was transparent and explained multiple times since this was our first time buying and we had a ton of questions. Vance was truly dedicated to our family and was able to work after office hours to answer any questions we had. As remote buyers sending all our important documents was secure and hassle free.   Me and my husband closed on our dream home a week ago, and worked with Vance and Yvette. They are a FANTASTIC team to work with. I chose them based on their stellar reviews, and their work absolutely lived up to all their 5 star reviews. From the moment I contacted them, they showed that they had the expertise and resources to help us (we were interested in the VA loan). Their communication skills are among the best I've ever seen. I never had to wait more than an hour for a response from them even when I would email them late at night. They were patient with my questions (and I had a million of them), friendly and enthusiastic, and so extremely organized that I had no doubts that every t was crossed and i was dotted. The rate they got us was absolutely amazing, the closing costs were way lower than what other lenders had quoted us. I don't know how they found such an amazing product, but it really was key to getting us into the home we got. On top of all of this, they are seriously the nicest people. They came into the process with enthusiasm, dedication, and real passion for what they do. A lot of people mention how stressful buying a home is, and I honestly felt no stress and I really think it was because they were so on top of everything. I highly recommend them, and plan on using them for any other home purchases in the Seattle area.
