  Tonya Mushallo, her team and Fairway IMC were excellent! Tonya listened to our needs and was very honest and factual which I extremely appreciate. She kept us informed of all the steps, was accessible through phone, text and email, day or night...even on weekends! We never felt like we were just a number or that she was in it for the money. This was the easiest transaction regarding refinancing our home we have ever had. I highly recommend Tonya her team and Fairway!

  Rachel was our loan officer and I could not have asked for a better experience. The whole process, start to finish, was seamless. Rachel was communicating every step of the way.   Rachel Kemak was absolutely amazing! We had a long, complicated escrow last year but Rachel kept us updated on every detail throughout the process. We refinanced this year and, again Rachel was the absolute best! I cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge. So thankful to have had Rachel and her team - they took great care of us.
