  We picked Matt after shopping around for multiple lenders. He came up with the best overall package for our situation. He was very helpful in talking through the various options we had and always took the time to explain the various pros and cons of each option. He was responsive to our questions and was patient as we adjusted our strategy throughout the process. We would certainly recommend him. He got us a good interest rate at a time when rates were starting to rise. To be extra thorough, a small challenge was that the electronic document system was a little tricky, but overall everything was great.

  Matt was such a great lender to work with during my first home buying adventure in 2021-22. I briefly worked with another lender before Matt but the numbers they gave me when I asked for estimates were always opaque and the service wasn't especially friendly. My agent (Taylor Cryder, also excellent) recommended Matt and I'm so glad he did. Matt was available at what seemed like nearly all hours and every day. He responded to emails and texts quickly and would occasionally check in with me by phone. When he gave me payment estimates, he used a tool that gave me a very detailed breakdown of each factor. When my offer was accepted, the mortgage rates had started to move back up and he kept in close contact with me about when to lock in my rate. In the end, he got me the best possible rate at the time and I couldn't have been happier. A friend of mine also used Matt for her home purchase and has nothing but glowing things to share. Use Matt and his team for your home purchase. You won't regret it.

  Matt was amazing for us - we are first-time home buyers and had no clue what to do in this wild housing market. Matt and his team made it easy and fast. Great communication and easy to use website for uploading documents. If we had to do it over again we would choose Matt and his team 100%.

  Our Fairway Loan Officer, Matt Allen, from the beginning of our loan application process to its end, was guide that we needed. He so patiently answered all our questions along the way. He was so quick to respond to our queries, even when he was out-of-state at a conference. When the time came for finalizing our loan, Matt submitted our information with a deep understanding of the unique aspects of our financial situation. We could not have pursued and obtained this mortgage lone without him, and we are so grateful for his friendship and help.

  Hands down one of the most important people I have come across in my life. Struggled with getting a mortgage approval for years following injuries from military service. Matt and his team looked at me as a person instead of a credit score. They went to bat for my family and got us financed for our dream house. Will recommend Matt and April to anyone I can that is in need of financial services. Thank you for all the hard work and still can't believe we are about to get the keys to our forever home.
