  Greatly appreciated all the time and effort Vic spent making sure our Loan process was a smooth as possible. Even though we ran into some lender related hiccups, Vic worked overtime to make sure we were taken care of and closed as soon as possible. Great team to work with!

  Vic Malone made the process of buying my house effortless. Any questions I had, he was very responsive, detailed, timely and kept me informed on every part of the process. For me, closing as soon as possible was my goal, and he had me preapproved in 10 minutes over the phone before I was done feeding my 1 yr old breakfast on a Sunday morning. We closed in 24 days, and the longest part was my income verification. Anyone would be lucky to have Vic on their side when buying a home.

  I just wanted to say that Vic Malone was more than excellent to work with to get my home refinanced! He was very professional during the whole process. He almost talked himself out of a job when discussing my refinance options, which shows he was looking out for my best interest. However, he was able to knock off a few years off my mortgage and lower my interest rate. I would highly recommend Vic!

  Vic Malone over at Peak Seven Mortgage was my mortgage broker and he exceeded my expectations. He was extremely helpful and always got an answer for me. He got me a great interest rate and was very knowledgeable with VA loans. Vic was more helpful to me than my actual realtor. He went out of his way to contact the sellers agent to get information that had benefitted my wife and I. I will be recommending Vic Malone to any of my friends and associates who are looking to purchase a home.

  Vic was the best. He explained everything that was going to happen up front and then kept me updated as things progressed. He never seemed like I was burden and was always willing to answer my questions and break things down until I understood the process. I would recommend him to a friend and use him in the future.

  I have used Peak 7 Mortgage services a few times, most recently in November of 2020...Vic is a true professional, highly experienced mortgage broker, and always keeps his word...the service Vic provides is 5-star; highly efficient, remarkably seem less, and always on time (many times earlier)...Vic sets the bar very high for other brokers, and i will never use anyone different for my mortgage needs...
