  Reed and the team at Elevation Mortgage are the best lending team around hands down!!!! At soooo many points in the home buying process I felt overwhelmed and as if I was just drowning trying to keep up with what was going on but Reed and his team were SUPER SUPER SUPER patient with me and always had time to answer my questions, calm my fears and walk me through everything!! I cannot speak highly enough of the Elevation Mortgage team!!! I started out with a different lender and an absolutely horrible experience and Reed did everything he could reasonably do to help me!!! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend them for your mortgage needs, we are so blessed to have found them!!!!

  Absolutely thee worst experience. After 6 weeks of back and forth, paperwork lost, confusion as to even who was doing my loan, taking 5 days off a week. Gera gives me a guilt trip of personal life, training and how overwhelmed he is. I’m told they have this program perfect for me (told to me almost 2 weeks ago) and come to find out no one pulled my credit, no program available now and no one to be held accountable. I have very good credit and a lot of equity. This place is a joke and should not be considered for your dream decision as mine was crushed and now I will be paying higher rates with them going up. I would get random texts and emails about singing to me, not having all the paperwork yet everything was turned in. Completely unorganized, lacking communication, inability to process loans and make you feel guilty taking business to them. This should be a -10 star review. Not even worth one star.

  Our goal is to provide the best customer service and to ensure our clients have their financials analyzed completely. To do this, we need a 100% completed application with all documents. We received your application on October 5th and did not receive all documents from you until November 5th, 30 days later. We require all documents before pulling credit as this allows us to identify any red flags. After we pulled credit, we realized we would not be able to help you with your mortgage refinance. Now while we offered to refer you to someone who might be able to help you, you declined the help. I hope you are able to find someone who can help you with your unique financial situation.

  USDA loans in Colorado should be easy to get, however with so many rules and stipulations surrounding Rural Development, one is limited to "which Broker has the most knowledge and experience in helping their Clients obtain these loans". I've seen other mortgage sites and they are all the same, offering various loan types with no education to the consumer. On the other hand, Elevation Mortgage goes above and beyond the fray by offering great explainer content around Rural Development and USDA loans in Colorado, so I must point in their direction!

  There's a lot of complexities around choosing the best Colorado VA home loans, which is why it's recommended that consumers get educated about the ins and outs of VA loans. And what I've found online is a lot of "buy my product" BS from most of the mortgage lenders in Colorado Springs, almost nobody provides educational content unless you go to a mortgage encyclopedia online, and frankly those are generic, I highly recommend Elevation Mortgage, because they took the time to optimize their website to not only ask for business but  they also educate the public on their offerings making you feel empowered and in the driver's seat.

  As a Colorado first time home buyer, I don't want to just get sucked into some program or mortgage loan that doesn't meet all my needs for long-term growth and raising a family. I feel that when someone is looking for a home loan and you're a first time home buyer in Colorado, you will need expertise from a Broker who knows the stress you're going through and one who will help you understand the entire process from beginning to end, you need Reed at Elevation Mortgage!

  After the family finished over at Wolf Lodge the wife and I started planning a fake but potential future of what it would be like to live in Colorado Springs area, and she said the funniest thing, "What mortgage broker in CO Springs will we use?" and I looked at her like are you being serious because this just took a turn to "let's take a look at it for real", and after a minute I paused and said, "Elevation Mortgage, not the credit union the mortgage company in Colorado Springs that educates the public on their offerings letting you be the Driver of choosing the best home loan." She thought it sounded scripted but I swear that's what I said because when you see their website you'll know why. She brushed it off quickly because she wasn't expecting me to answer so fast or even have an answer, LOL, but I did and in the future should we ever take the plunge to live down South, we will definitely use Elevation Mortgage as they seem to be the most professional and responsive to one's needs.

  This is in response to you stating you did not receive my paperwork. I have a text from Natalie on October 28th at 3:18pm. “Thanks for sending all your docs we will be looking at it soon. Now you call me a liar. Your company is unethical, deceptive and now lies online. How do you explain the text from Natalie on November 4th at 1:36pm “Gera is working on the docs and disclosures today. He was out of the office Monday and Tuesday so sorry for delay”. This is a week earlier I should’ve received the docs etc yet you lie that I didn’t complete it until Nov 5th? Do not use this company!! This does not account for Gera being overwhelmed, complaining and giving me a guilt trip over my file and having to train as well.
