  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Paul Dolan and the Dolan Team treated me like a VIP from start to finish when putting my mortgage loan together. As a first time home buyer in 2020, there were so many things about securing a mortgage and buying a home that I just didn’t fully understand and I had a lot of questions. Not only did Paul personally field my calls/texts/emails, but he wakes me through each step of the loan process and made something a little scary (first home purchase) into an experience that felt almost effortless. One big factor that sets The Dolan Team apart is that their care and service doesn’t end when the pen dries. I receive emails with updates on my home’s value and ways to save on interest long-term. Just before my two year home purchase anniversary, I received an invite to check-in with The Dolan Team about how things were going with the house and mortgage. Sean talked to me about my goals, took copious notes and put together a presentation providing options on a cash-out refinance so I could fund a home improvement project I’ve been wanting to have completed. This team truly cares about their clients and it couldn’t be more evident.

  Paul was able to offer very practical advise on our mortgage refinance on different options. For example, when we considering reinvesting savings from our lowered interest rate, there were options to commit to a specific amount vs voluntary 'top-up' and what each of those meant. He was thorough with his considerations and offered the options without us having to nudge him (after reading from different online portals). What truly stood out for me was that he was working with our schedule, respecting the time that we were committing towards this, and were transparent to each other. His rates came in exactly at par with the market so for us it was more about the advisory that tipped us in favor. With other agents that I was working with, it was more of cookie cutter approach. This is your mortgage, this is your score, this is your rate, this is your monthly payment going to look like. There is an ocean of information underneath that I was presented by Paul. Another cool feature was that we were working on structuring the loan with different options (tenure, take-home extra savings, reinvest these savings, splitting loan into two etc) and I could see him working on these options (that I was looking for) in real-time on my screen. You wont be disappointed with his service, tech and rates will be competitive.

  The Dolan Team was fantastic and we were able to use our VA loan option. We had a unique situation with our home purchase, but they were experts at helping us figure out the best approach, and explained everything every step of the way.

  If you are preparing to buy a home in the Seattle/Tacoma area, you cannot go wrong working with the Dolan Team for your mortgage. We were moving 2000 miles across the country, and the Dolan Team came as a recommendation from a local friend in Arkansas. We never met a single member of the team in person, yet, they treated us like family. They understood how emotionally difficult & physically exhausting a cross-country move was, and they made every step of the process simple. We never worried...their customer service, timeliness, and thoroughness allowed us to focus on the moving part, while they made sure the financials were on track.   Hands down this team is the best. Incredible customer service and follow up made this process go so easy. We tried a major bank first for the home loan and that was a mistake.   I have family out of state that specializes in home financing. They recommended that i use paul and his team. It was a excelent choice.
