      Really great help there from the manager. I had questions and they were super patient and kind. Got me exactly what I needed quickly. Would recommend for questions. Atms are also useful. 3 of them! Huge thanks to this branch.

      Obviously it's busy because it's New year's eve so parking is terrible and the wait for a teller is long but it's gonna be like that anywhere. Usually they're pretty fast. They changed the seating which was a bad choice. The chairs, if that's what you call them, are uncomfortable. I've been sitting here for 5 min and my back is hurting. They put up some sort of walls I'm guessing for privacy but I can hear everybody's conversation..and I'm Not trying. I can't take a picture of the waiting area cos there's to many people but this is the only location I can go to because I live in North Bend. The staff is usually pretty nice. I'll let you know once I'm done. ** Wow! Right after I wrote this my name was called. The rep was extremely nice ( like always) helped me and I was done and out in 6 min! They're never stressed out about so many people and time running out. Very nice.

      Been here a couple times and always had great customer service. Recently I had an issue with my car loan payment and couldn't figure out what happened to the money, and was charged late fee. But Amy was super helpful and so kind, she broke everything down for me to describe what happened to it, which was so great because often these things go over my head. She also helped me set up an automatic payment for my car loan and is working on getting my late fee reversed!

      I was helped by Francia Chandler and it was a pretty awful experience to say the least. It took 30 minutes to get a money order when the bank was empty because he refused to put the address on the check as it was written. He went back and forth several times and I had to ask him repeatedly to just write the address. He refused to give me back my ID and stated he needed a bank card in addition to my ID to create a cashier’s check... I’ve gone to BECU for 31 years and never had this experience. It was very frustrating and showed a complete disregard for my time. Good luck at this branch, perhaps ask for help from someone more knowledgeable.

      This month has been rough - I have dropped my Amex card and then I dropped my debit card down a sewer drain - yes - it’s possible. BECU made it PAINLESS to replace my debit card. Walk in, walk out with a new card. Best credit union ever! Excellent customer support.

      I do not recommend depositing large checks into this bank via the ATM. We tried to avoid it by asking for help and someone just walked us up to the ATM instead of telling us that we could have a teller deposit it in tukwila. Now our tens of thousands of dollar check is missing in the mail because they mailed it back to us for not having two signatures when it didnt need both signatures. It has been two weeks and we are in the hole.

      The location is convenient and as long as you don't have to interact with any of the staff it's a nice place. I've needed to make appointments with the staff on two different occasions and have left very dissapointed both times. I wrote up the first time as a fluke but after the second bad experience I'm wondering if it's a poor work environment. If I need to interact with a representative I'm going to go to a different location in the future.

      One member of the staff was pretty rude and pretentious when I sought advice for opening an IRA while having poor credit. . I know BECU is usually pretty good to their customers, but I was clearly a waste of her time. I'll try another branch.

      Conveniently located in Issaquah Commons shopping center, this BECU branch has 3 ATMs at the very front of the branch, before the lobby and separated by second set glass doors after entering the space. These ATMs are free of charges for Sound Credit Union members, and if I had to guess, most Credit Unions (Member NCUA at least) in the region, and maybe larger Credit Unions outside of the metro, such as Alaska Federal, via the shared ATMs policy of many Credit Unions. No hassle and minimum advertisement for non-member users aside from the Welcome Screen you see before entering, the branded Options See, and the screen it shows when returning your card. I don't know if this is a full service branch or a neighborhood financial center (these allow you to replace your debit card, open accounts, and most functions of a full branch, but cash withdraws and deposits require ATM usage) but in either case, it's a very convenient option when you're at the Issaquah Commons and you use a Credit Union.
