  Our realtor Ashley Wise went above and beyond in helping us sell our home and purchase a new home. The market is extremely competitive and her expertise and knowledge of how to navigate this complex market were instrumental in helping our family make the move we wanted. Our home sold for significantly above asking price, in part thanks to her advice and staging. She also helped us tour over 50 homes on the eastside where we were trying to relocate to. She ultimately helped us submit the most competitive offer we could and we won an offer on the perfect new home for our family. We could not have done this big move without Ashley and Tribeca. Highly recommend anyone works with Tribeca and Ashley!

  I cannot rave about Ashley Wise enough!! She is a rockstar superhero real estate agent! Answering every little question I had throughout the whole process (even at some pretty early/late hours!) and was so kind about everything. I feel as though I wasn't working with just another professional but she honestly became a friend. She genuinely cares about all her clients and it shows in everything she does. If and when we decide to move again Ashley will be our first call!

  Buying with John- I was the buyer And he was my- Agent It was a great experience We looked at great properties. He calls u back promptly. Shows u houses that are of great value. John is a closer. All the Homes were great picks. Give him your wish list and he really delivers. I would sell or buy with him again.

  My wife and I enjoyed working with Jerome Walters. I could call or text and no matter day of the week or time my concerns were answered and followed up on in a timely manner.   We had been looking for homes throughout the Puget Sound area, and had enlisted the help of a couple of other realtors by the time Veteran's United referred us to Ashley Wise at Tribeca. We gave each realtor the parameters guiding our housing decision, and we continued to watch the MLS listings ourselves. The one we ultimately bought was a house that none of the realtors referred us to. So when we saw it, we had a choice of three realtors to contact. Because Veteran's United had referred us to Ashley as a realtor experienced with VA loans, we chose her. We were very glad we did. Ashley guided us through the challenges of a less-than-popular VA loan and a market driven by high competition and often bidding wars. She intelligently advised us to make a sizable down payment even though the VA loan required none. She encouraged us to send a personal letter of introduction to include with the offer, which we agreed would be to our advantage. When three bids came in for the house, the seller chose to counter our second-place offer instead of putting it out to a bidding war. Ashley was timely in getting answers to our many questions, building a rapport with the seller's realtor, and following through to keep the process moving seamlessly. In the end, our opinion was that Ashley's expertise, pleasant professionalism, and efficiency had a strong influence on our successful purchase.
