  Recently being married, I had to open a joint account at Kemba and the entire experience has made me incredibly grateful for Park! I've been banking with Park for many years and I've never had an issue, all the employees are so kind - and of their own accord, they make banking simple and you know you're taken care of! The hours are great, with a main branch that stays open late and is open on the weekends - even Sundays! They have multiple locations around the area, so where ever I am I know that one is nearby, which is great with a smaller bank. I'll never bank with anyone else! Thank you guys for going above and beyond and standing out from the crowd!

  Worst experience I have ever had going to a bank in my life terrible a prepaid card would be worth more than an account at this bank, and I am an easy going nice guy who usually doesn’t complain at all so that’s really saying something!! I was directed to go to any bank by my credit card company over the phone for help with an issue, I only stopped here due to being away from the Credit Union I use to participate in a athletic event with work today and this bank was very close to the event. After no help and being treated terribly, I tried stopping at a nearby 5/3 bank as I didn’t have time to travel to my Credit Union before they close today. 5/3 was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, was knowledgable of the issue I had with the credit card that this bank looked at me like I was crazy about. They fixed the issue quickly and even offered an account and credit card option to me which I am returning to accept when I have more time. Night and day difference.

  I have been banking with Park since we bought our house in 2013 . The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Park to anyone in the area!

  O switched from 5/3 bank... Can't complain personal account and a business account... Always good service plus more flexible because of the hours they are open... I recommend this bank...

  So far I've been with this bank 22 business days and they have yet to provide me with a debit card .
