  Team Denton at Cross Country knocked it out of the park. They’re providing industry leading customer service by being available, responsive, consultative, trustworthy, honest, and friendly. They made securing a mortgage for our new home easy, stress-free, and gave us the type of experience that we would be happy to do all over again! We will never forget this experience! And a follow up call 3 months after closing to see how we’re doing? That is putting the customer first!

  I have bought a couple of houses but do not recall any of those times being as easy of a process with as good of a group of people as you will find at this office. Everyone that I came in contact with while trying to close on our new property was absolutely phenomenal. Most specifically Lucy and Olivia. These two ladies are the definition of professionals. Buying a house can be a stressful ordeal, and if I said I wasn’t stressed I’d be lying. With that said though, Olivia and Lucy walked me through the process answering every question I had and even some I didn’t think to ask. In the customer service industry communication is an absolute must and I don’t think you will find anybody better at communicating than these two. At every stop and around every corner they kept me informed and up to date. I really don’t think that it would have been possible to buy our new property if it wasn’t for these two ladies. If you are in the market to buy, or are looking into information I highly recommend the folks over at Aaron dentons cross country mortgage office. You will not find a better group of highly motivated, honest, hard working individuals. Thanks again for everything Lucy & Olivia, we appreciate it.
