  I reached out to them, because a prior company I was working with dropped the ball big time. I heard about them through a mutual friend. Eric and Amy were great to work with. This is my first time buying a home, so I knew nothing about what was expected. I didn't know so many people would be involved and was confused when these people would reach out to me. But that's my fault for not asking more questions. They did their part and pushed the loan through quickly. Dawn, the realtor was great as well. During the loan process, some personal things in my life were falling apart. I was an emotional wreck. When I found out about closing, the day before I took my frustrations out on Amy. She talked to me and brought me back down to reality and explained why, etc. Right before closing she reached out and I was a mess(due to nerves, and personal life issues.) And she talked to me like a friend and gave me advice. I think she should be a counselor. My point is, they do care about your best interest. Her job wasn't to be a "friend" to me. Her job was to get the loan closed and she did. I would highly recommend them because they are quick and efficient and friendly. And they will tell you how it is(in a nice way) and no bs. Thank you all again!

  Contacted Lucy with a very short closing timeline. She was extremely responsive and prepared a closing plan with scheduled inspection within 24 hours.

  Do not use Dale Cook as a guy to do repairs on your home when buying he showed up while I was at work and did nothing and got paid $5000 to sit around and leave early watch out for this guy people do not make a mistake and buy a house and let him work on it your wasting your money big time he even made me pay 200 to get the septic cleaned out after giving him all that money it does not cost $5000 to get a vapor barrier layed and a pvc pipe put back together so watch for this guy after closing on a house and signing make sure you pick another person to do all your repairs that are agreed on and have it figured out before closing

  Ken and Renee were amazing!! They are very personable, honest and to the point. They never left any question unanswered (they even answered my call while setting up for their sons wedding!!) and always returned my calls promptly. They were very reassuring and made sure the whole step of the way that I was comfortable with the numbers and kept me right on track!! i would highly recommend them!!

  Best in the business!!! We felt comfortable and welcome from the very start, and the employees treated us like friends instead of clients. Very personable, answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently, kept us informed every step of the way. I can't speak highly enough about this business!!!

  This place is trash I asked about getting a pre-approval letter and played phone tag with them all throughout the day to try to get one they never sent me a letter the house sold to someone else they act like they are very inexperienced there reviews say there a garbage lender to do not choose them
