  Pam truly made the difference in helping us buy a home and I could not be happier! Pam was generous with her time, always available to answer questions during the process. We loved working with her as new homebuyers because her answers were always super thoughtful and well-informed. Pam also helped advocate on our behalf to prospective sellers at a human level, letting them know we were seeking a home and not just an investment. Pam was able to move the buying process through very fast, and within weeks we closed without sacrificing on an inspection or appraisal. It was a pleasure working with her!

  Pam helped me win in an extremely difficult market.   Pam is literally AMAZING! I am a first time home buyer and don’t handle stress very well, especially when it comes to the background of financials. Pam made the entire process seamless and made sure to break everything down to avoid that piece of the home buying process being stressful. She never made me feel like a burden, and always did what she could to get me in the most comfortable place possible in regards to the mortgage. She is always quick to respond, so you’ll never be left waiting long periods of time through out the process waiting for a response. I highly highly recommend working with Pam, she is truly spectacular! Thank you Pam for all your help!

  My hubby and I are first time homebuyers. Pam and her team were wonderful with helping us stay organized and educated during this crazy market!! We loved the software she used to help brainstorm all of our options, and how she broke down closing costs and escrow was great. If you are a visual learner, you will loveeee her program presentation. We closed in 16 days!! Highly recommend Pam and her team. She was a phone call/text away at any time.   Pam Thorn was incredible. She answered all of our questions and helped walk us through every step. She was quick to respond and kept us well informed. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we could not have done this process without her help and guidance. I will forever recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy a house!! It’s hard trusting someone when you know nothing about this market, but she made an hiccups go smoothly and easily. If you are on the fence about who to use - GO WITH PAM!!
