  Hency Thakkar Financial Service Representative was extremely helpful and knowlegable. She helped me refinance my vehicle with TCU. All of the questions I had were answered clearly and concisely. Overall the application process went smoothly and was very transparent. I would love to work with Hency again in the future. I will be back to this branch again for Hency's amazing service.

  Great experience with Hency Thakkar financing a car. Entire experience was easy and professional. Hency is always friendly and courteous, walked me through the process professionally also made sure everything asked of them is taken care of. I highly recommend financing a car with them.

  I always have the best experiences at the Texans (Frisco branch). My usual teller Josh, goes above and beyond to be very friendly and professional. They’re just something so nice about going to your bank and having the teller remember your name.

  I went to Texans Credit Union yesterday for the first time and was greatly welcomed by Chelsea and Katya I need to get a checking account and a personal loan. Katya worked very hard for me and I was approved the same day!!! I went the next day to close on the loan as well as finalize my new account. I highly recommend Texans Credit Union.   The team members at Texas are amazing and ALWAYS provide a superior level of service. No need to bank elsewhere!!! Linda recently assisted with refinancing our auto loan at the Frisco office and saved us a considerable amount of money with minimal effort.

  I recently needed assistance with a car loan, so I reached out to Hency to help me with loan rates, terms, and extended warranty information. Hency made herself available to my “constant” calls and gave me multiple scenarios and options for payment amounts based on my budget. She did a great job and made my purchasing experience less stressful.

  Just had the best experience with Texans Credit Union today. I was a customer at Bank of America and was consistently disappointed with their service and high rates. I just refinanced an auto loan with Texans at HALF the rate. The transaction was very quick and the customer service from the Asst Branch Manager, Chelsea was awesome. I can’t imagine banking with any of the big banks again. Thank you Texans Credit Union!

  This Frisco staff is amazing!! They are professional, extremely helpful and very friendly. I've been coming to this branch for about 4 years, and this branch has unmatched service.
