Pratap Mandapati1Horrible rude people, majority of the times they say systems down to perform any activity.. I have two bad experiences recently with this branch. 1.Went for Cashier check, one of the teller said we can do cashier check due to systems down please go to other locations. She is not ready to say come later or tomorrow too when I asked to when can I come back. 2. When I opened a business account, they did not open correctly or 100% complete, again I have to call customer care to fix the stuff.
Response from the ownerHi, Pratap. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Mrudula Konda1Horribly rude people. ANARA was an absolute disgrace. She spoke down to everyone there as everyone was simply, kindly asking questions. She handled herself poorly and should not be working in a customer service centric field. This place needs to be restaffed immediately. I recommend doing so if this place ever wants to get above 2 stars(:
Response from the ownerHello. We're disappointed to hear that your experience with Anara wasn't at the level you expected. We'd like to learn more about what happened. Hrishi Baskaran1Working with this branch has been very difficult, even with Platinum Honors status. The gentleman at the front (7/26/2021 at 12pm) didn't greet us when we walked in and his tone was very unfriendly. Apparently, for a simple small request like a wire transfer, you need to wait over a week for an agent who can help. I got it done in 5 mins from my home. I dread going to this branch for simple needs as they have the worst customer service. No one is friendly. Feels like no one wants to work there or help clients. I wonder if we should move all our assets from B of A, or if it's just this awful branch??
Response from the ownerHi Hrishi. We’d like to keep you as a client. We are disappointed to hear this and would like a chance to connect. Zahii Stromberg2Most of the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this branch. 2 stars rating because of my most recent experience with an associate named Anar, I was in gym clothes and she clearly had no interest in wasting time being polite to me. Do better Anar.
Response from the ownerHi Zahii. Thanks for sharing feedback about your recent experience with Anar. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Chris Webb1Should be called bank of waiting because all you really do is wait around. Also, when you finally get to a teller, they hard sell you on bank products. I am seriously considering a bank change, these waits are ridiculous.

Mel Play1I and my husband went here twice trying to open the person checking account. Both times they say no . They said: not available today for open the account- needs to making an appointment. Surprise me! Usually if you opened the checking account anywhere you go they are welcome ! And if they busy they let you wait. Looks like they don’t need customers not apologizing, unprofessional , unfriendly or explaining just trying to kicking me out of their brand . I have reading all the bad reviews they’re telling the truth about customer service here . You can tell they are not welcome you here I trying to understand after the first time so I gave them a chance and came back for the second time. Just the same! Hope they are reading this and making a great ways for their brand!

Brandy Smith5Had a very Pleasant experience with Glenda. She was very nice and consistent and got me in and out-all I needed to do was simply order a new debit card because my last name changed and she help me instead of turning me down because I did not have an appointment. Great Customer service👍🏽

Gina G1This branch has bad customer service. The people there are rude and don't want to work. I went to open a checking account. I arrived at 12:12. Waited around 15 minutes to talk to someone. It was only one cashier and one banker (both with customers). The cashier tried to help me to sign in. While she was getting my information. At 12:39, another guy and a lady, that work there, came through the back door. Cashier asked them for help. The guy looked at me and said, "Sorry, we don't have time for you. We have another client a head of you and we are closing soon." I understand that it's the weekend and they have to work but you are supposed to be open until 1pm. If you have clients waiting, why were you outside? Anyway, save time and drive to the branch on Preston and Lebanon. Way better service than this one.

Alyssa J1I have been to this branch several times and this time the service was so bad I had to give a review. I have been a Bank of America customer since 1988. All my personal and business accounts are with them. This branch is the worst I have seen. It doesn't matter if you go into the lobby or drive up you will NOT be greeted. It seem as if I am an inconvenience to them to be there. Today I went through the drive through, there were 3 cars ahead of me. It took 22 minutes to get to the window. Once I got there I had to ring the bell to get their attention. One woman turned around and looked at me then went back to what she was doing. She left her place at the front counter where 2 other women were working, looked at me again and went back to her place at the counter. If she would have given any sort of signal that I existed I would not be writing this review. It then took her 6 more minutes to decide she wanted to wait on me. When she finally got to the window I was so furious that I asked her if I was an inconvenience to her? She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her if she would have given any sort of gesture that I existed I would not be having this conversation. She apologize like that would make a difference. I then told her that because of her actions I would not be banking there any longer. I will drive 5 or even 10 miles out of my way to bank at another branch. I will NEVER go to this branch again.

Lauren Parker1Always a line of more than 10 people. Under staffed. Not nice, never a pleasant experience. No sense of urgency or others people’s time. Horrible customer service.
