  We were looking to finance a car for my daughter (her 1st car) Bryant F. went above and beyond to assist us in getting this accomplished at the Frisco location located by the Tollway & ElDorado. Great customer service! He kept us informed at all times, and follow up with us throughout the process. I ended up re-financing my car as well there. I was very impressed with their services and mainly because Bryant made the process very convenient for us. Thank you for making this a great experience!

  We set up our new checking account in less than 20 mins. Bryant Figueroa was helpful, efficient, and fantastic in getting everything done quickly and to our satisfaction. CUTX has all our banking business as of now! Thank you for the great experience.

  My banking experience was amazing I was educated on thing that was available for me by the best banker I have ever dealt with in my 45 years of living (Anastasiia Klein) aka Anna. Credit Union of texas has always been the best bank in texas but this time was over the top every one was very knowledgeable. And I can't wait until credit union of texas open the business division because I will be moving everything over 5 stars is not enough.

  Very satisfied with the service and attention. Special thanks to Bryant Figueroa at Frisco Branch. He opened all the checking and savings account for me and my family. Plus he got he financing for both of are new vehicles. 200 % recommended.

  Ms. Anastasiia, Mr. Jarod and manager Anna, from Castel Hill, helped me alot. Very nicely, professionally, they showed me that they do care. I was in awe, this is not common now days but they showed that they are special, better then any bank arround, and most importantly this is not a first time, this is how they roll. THANK YOU, CUTX.

  I went in to get a new debit card and they said the machine doesn’t work and I would have to go to a different location. Second location wasn’t working either and finally at the third location, someone told me they don’t work at any store right now. I just wasted gas and 2 hours driving around to different locations. They don’t value your time at all.
