  We chose to do most of our banking First Bank when we arrived in Frisco over two years ago. It has been our pleasure to use First Bank for our business and personal banking needs. Roxanne has been the ever-friendly face of the bank and she has met our every request with wonderful and efficient personal service. We recommend First Bank to anyone who is looking for a top service bank with a personal touch.

  It was wonderful to find a brick and mortar bank with a friendly and efficient staff. Heidi and President Jeff were welcoming and successfully informed us about our new account and tricky transactions regarding our move to Frisco, TX. They went out of their way to help us.

  Was searching for a bank that welcomed accounts of immigrants. After having gone through many banks that placed either outright restrictions or insurmountable barriers to do so I stumbled upon this local bank in my neighborhood. What first struck me was the fact that a live person answered the phone after only a few rings. Try doing that at most banks! Secondly, I was greeted by wonderful Heidi Ruiz who answered all my questions and walked me step-by-step through the account opening process. My wife and I were able to make an appointment for the very next day. Heidi was just as warm and professional in person as she was over the phone and through e-mail correspondence. Minimum balance requirements are just that...minimum! We could ask for a better account opening experience. Look forward to a great working relationship with First Bank.

  I've banked with First Bank for several years and Monica, Roxane, Landry and the whole team are wonderful to work with. We have both business and personal loans as well as checking accounts with First Bank and they are by far the best bank I have ever worked with. They really get to know their customers and are such a pleasure to work with.

  My experience with First Bank has been exceptional on all points! They have been instrumental in our business growth since we started using them in 2013. Their customer service has combined small town personal touch with efficiency in closing deals on time. They deliver as promised and provided ongoing support! I would highly recommend them!

  When we moved to Frisco a year ago, we searched for a bank with full service but with a family, friendly climate. We found all that and more at First Bank. Roxane set up our accounts seamlessly and efficiently. Every time we go there, whether to make deposits or withdrawals, visit our safe deposit box, or discuss any service, we are always treated professionally and as friends. We are happy with our choice of First Bank of Frisco!!

  Having banked with several small banks and most recently with one of the largest banks in the US, I feel I have considerable experience with different banking establishments. That being said, my expectations for what a bank has to offer has been far surpassed with FIRST BANK in Frisco. We are always greeted by name from friendly faces. All of the employees go out of their way to accommodate any banking requests I have made. Stepping into FIRST BANK is like stepping back in time when you received so much more from a bank!!! Lance, Monica and Roxanne are always available and willing to assist! I am completely confident in recommending FIRST BANK to anyone looking for exceptional personalized customer service!

  I used to do business with the Frisco branch. I had accounts for two businesses at this bank. The branch manager initially indicated that he would provide a line of credit for cash flow management. After speaking to him a couple of times, he would not return my phone calls or emails. I had a check issued to one of my companies from the bank. It was made out to the company. I instructed one of the bank employees NOT to honor this check if it was not signed by me. Someone deposited the check and it was honored even though I did not sign it. I called the bank employee 3 times to discuss the situation. I got a voice mail and no return phone call. I finally closed my accounts with this bank. FYI... the team in Wichita Falls is very good, but not the one in Frisco.

  I cannot say enough about my many experiences with First Bank. They have proven you can have still have super personalized service coupled with top notch loan products in 2018...and that is hard to find. I was very impressed with their commercial lending department and find them to be very refreshing in how they make decisions and communicate. Its nice to know there is still a local bank that makes each decision based on common sense, facts, & character not pre determined criteria built for the masses ie. how many of the stiff big box banks operate. Keep it up First Bank.

  If you looking a bank with excellent customer service and an array of financial products to suit your needs, one on one relationships with your banker, look no further First Bank is your place. We have always banked with one of the Big Banks and always just felt like a number, at First Bank you feel and are treated like family. We are so thankful to have discovered this bank. Needless to say we would highly recommend...
