  Today I had the pleasure to be assisted by Lucy M. and Margarita. This was my third time seeking assistance from Opportun's helpful service. It was a service provided in an excellent manner. The loan process may have taken longer than expected, due to server issues which was not their fault; However, these two individuals were as kind as can be, as helpful as can be, and just a delight to have interacted with. They seem to strive to help each individual to the best of their capabilities and I left the location in a better mood than I arrived in thanks to Lucy and Margarita for their assistance and to Opportun itself for having helped me. Up to this point I've had no issues with their team members.

  Maresa was so helpful. She explain the loan procedure very well. Shes very professional on handling my request. I will recommed this place to the people who need to make a loan. Very fast and friendly staff.
