  These guys don’t even know how to value there’s items. I brought in a $600 dollar item that is still in actual brand new condition and one of the workers with glasses tried to tell his other coworker some “but it’s got” comments, while the whole product is completely new right out of the box. I definitely would never come back and would NOT want you guys to come. Sorry for there lack of professionalism

  Unlike other Pawn shops They are honest and respectful they will treat you right Very professional customer service They will give you a fair price for what you bring in or sell unlike other pawn shops

  tried to give me only $60 for my apple watch 6 series rudest customer service in all of upland and dirty shop maybe instead of just standing there you guys could do some cleaning

  This is the best part EVER!! The customer service is 100%. The guys are really down to earth and pretty fair. I had a issue with a purchase and they totally made it right. I don't understand why the bad reviews. It must have been one bad customer with a lot of free time on his hands. Seriously I know genuine people and I hands down will come back without a doubt...

  I have been going there for over 10 years. They have very unique jewelry ,including 2 Rolex I that purchased. The staff is always friendly. I have recommended them to my friends.

  I absolutely love this place. I've bought many items from here watches, rings, bracelets, guitars... and have had not one problem and prices are great. Staff is amazing and welcoming. I've been to other pawn shops and overpriced items and staff won't even want to take the time to show items. Here they take the time to show you show you around and show you whatever you need with no sales pressure tactics other places would do. Great place and would recommend to anyone. Thanks!
