  Sadly, I have to give a low score for my last service visit. I took it in for an electrical problem which was no 12 volt power at the trailer plug and the dashboard instrument/status panel saying there was no trailer connected when the trailer was plugged into either the bumper or the in-bed plug. Supposedly the technician fixed it, but left the wiring harness for the in-bed plug dangling unconnected right next to where it should have been plugged back in. It was the in-bed plug I needed most to hook up my 5th wheel trailer lights, brakes, and power. How do you miss something like that and then claim it checked out? Needless to say I took it to a small shop and let them work on it.

  Best car buying experience. I traded in my 2010 Nissan for a 2016 Fusion and it was the best decision I have ever made. Abraham and Bryan helped me out a lot! I am a very picky person and they got me in the right car! I recommend chino hills ford. =]

  The service dept has done a good job (so far)... The sales dept is scummy as usual though. I will never again buy, nor would I ever recommend, that anybody ever purchase a vehicle from Chino Hills Ford. The salesman will come back last minute with completely different paperwork and try to get you to sign it. The salesman are also very "pushy", but that's to be expected from car salesman I guess. 3/10

  I went to Chino Hills Ford looking for a F150 truck and Mark Allingham did a great job finding exactly what I wanted. He found the color, and all of the features that I wanted. The whole experience lasted less than 4 hours and we came to a price that I felt was a great deal. I was very happy with the professionalism, and guest service that Mark gave. It was a great experience and I love my new truck.

  Buying my new 2015 F-150 at Chino Hills Ford was great. They have a nice, clean dealership with a friendly sales team. My salesman, Rene Mancia, took care me. He listened to what I needed and found me the best truck within my budget. I would definitely give my friend, Rene a call again when I am in the market for another Ford. I drove away from Chino Hills Ford feeling confident that I got the best deal in town.

  I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a top of the line expedition max platinum in late January, second row tvs and running boards started malfunctioning a month later, and I have gotten nothing but the run around since then - no returned calls, no loaners available, etc. Its almost july and I cant even get a call back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AS THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB ACTUALLY TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS!

  I made an appointment to do an oil change and it still took over 2 hours to do. Also they had a list of recommendations to do. One of them was to change out my spark plugs. Only issue is I already had them do that service the last time I was there. 10,000 miles ago. So the question is. Did they check my plugs and they are already bad or did they just look at my mileage and just assume? They have my service records there. They do all of the service. Now I have trust issues with Chino hills Ford.

  This is written on behalf of Mr. Jose Luis Rodriguez. I do say I am not please with the service I'm receiving on my 2018 Ford truck, i first brought the truck in for factory service recall which was supposedly made and the truck was picked up. A few days later April 27th the vehicle was making noises from the engine compartment so we dropped the truck back off the check these noises out. Today is May 11th and no news on the truck repair or when they'll be complete. The truck was purchased to be utilized not sit in teh repair shop at the dealer leaving me with no means of transportation which i feel Chino Hills Ford should have supplied when they recognized it would not be a one to two days repair.At this point i feel Chino Hills should have supplied a loaner vehicle while the repairs on my vehicle were performed. Even with the COVID 19 going on this should not have precluded the common courtesy of supplying a loaner once it was known my vehicle repairs would take more than a week to repair instead of a couple of days. For this I am extremely disappointed in the service being received at Chino Hills Ford. Chino Hills should remember the truck was purchased to be used not sit at the dealers repair shop. This type service will most likely mean i'll take any an all future vehicle business to another dealership. I am considering sending this to the Ford Motor Corporation to see if this is acceptable business practices at their dealerships?
