      @NikoMarkovich thank you for all your help! Thanks to your help I was able to get my dream car and I can drive it off the lot today! Went to several different dealerships and he was able to get me the price and payments that fit my budget. Also let me test drive several different cars to make sure I got the right one! I would definently reccomend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new car!

      After having a bad experience with the Honda in Puente Hills, I’m happy to say Norm Reeves Honda made it all up with their fantastic service. Randy was great in helping my mom and I purchase a 2020 Insight. He went out of his way to show us the different cars they had on the lot and made sure we got a good deal. We never felt pressured to make a purchase, it just happened to work out that way! It was a very relaxed experience which we truly appreciated. Randy even offered to have me bring back the car on my day off so that they could get it properly cleaned and detailed since we were there after closing. Super happy with my new car and the experience couldn’t have been better, thank you!

      I can't help but feel ripped off when I leave this place. I took my 2015 civic in on January 2, 2021, for a recommended brake flush and possible wheel alignment because of the work their team did on September 1, 2020. When checking in, I explained, in detail, that I knew the issue was not because of the new tires installed on the car in April 2020 but because of the dealership services on September 1. Since then, when driving at approximately 60 mph, there is a noticeable wobble. When getting the estimated write up, the representative ensured me that his team would assess the issue. While waiting outside, I looked over the paperwork and noticed that the rep put down that the wheel alignment is due to new tires. When I checked out, I addressed this discrepancy and said again that the issue occurred after their team's work. The rep just laughed at me. I ended up paying $120 for something they should have fixed at no cost to me. On September 1, 2020, they recommended the rear shocks to be replaced, which they did in 2018. From 2018 to Sept 2020, there were only 15,000 miles driven since they replaced the same shock absorbers. At that time, I did mention that the shocks were replaced recently but didn't have an exact date to reference. However, besides the tires' purchase, their team has performed all maintenance and repairs, so it's in their records. They were aware of the recent repairs. Due to COVID and wanting to trust them, I agreed to the repairs, which cost me a $200 deductible. It wasn't until I got home to review my records that I realized their game. Based on my last two visits, I've come to realize that I don't trust their recommendations, nor do they take responsibility for their work. They are trying to make a sale, and it's not in the customer's best interest.

      Came in to get my car maintenance done, it was at 100K miles so I knew a considerable amount of work needed to be done. I came in on a Friday and they told me some parts needed to be shipped out of state and that my car needed to be there overnight for a couple days. They set me up with a loaner for those days I didn’t have my car which was so considerate. They also went out of their way to get in contact with my car insurance company when I couldn’t find my insurance card so that I could obtain the loaner. Because my car was there longer than expected and it was an inconvenience to me, they figured out a way to discount some parts so that my grand total wasn’t as outstanding. Love this place, thank you Christopher!

      I emailed dealer for a quote, Jason called me back within 3 minutes, I told him what I was looking for, and how another dealer gave me a quote over the phone, but changed the price when I got there. He had the manager call me , his name was Jesse, gave me my price, it was very good, i went in, my car was waiting and there was no haggle, or push to add other things. Very easy transaction and I will definitely go there again. Thank you to Jason, Jesse, and Ryan.

      As a recent college graduate, Samuel made my first car buying experience smooth. He was professional and honest. He went out of his way to ensure I got a comfortable car payment for the car I wanted. He was very cool, calm and collective when dealing with us and the numbers. He followed up with me and made sure he was transparent about what could be done. He honored what was talked about over the phone in the store as well.
