  Very bad experience when I came to pay off my loan. I came from Los Banos (a 45min drive) just to pay off my loan, I came before they closed (they close at 6:30pm), they said they don't give back change, so I had to go get the exact cash. By the time I got back with the exact change they were closed (6:33pm) the laides were still there, and they said they could take my payment, even though they know I was there before they had closed, I just went to go get the exact change. Really??? What do they loose with taking in my payment 3 mins late?????!!!! STUPID ISN'T IT???!!!!
