  So called just to get an idea and to add more local reviews. And I’m beyond shocked and as a local advise . On doing more research on where you can take your stuff. Gold market is currently at 1 Ounce Gold = $1,789.6 so 1 Gram Gold = $57.535 for 24k Bringing most common 10k to 10K Gold /Gram = 23.977 when this place offers $12 without hesitation . As a trusted reviewer I advise people seek out other local places if looking for more $$ for your valuables. 1/6/21

  I was treated with courtesy and enjoyed looking at some very interesting items. An enjoyable companion to antique and thrift stores. People give negative reviews for an offered price? That's how every pawn shop is. No one is ever going to get what they want. At least this place gives you cold hard cash when no one else will.

  Don’t ever deal or do business with this place their a joke and scam pawned a brand new gun. I went into the shop 3-4 times to get my gun and they kept giving me the run around and found out they sold my gun. Took them to court and won my case I will never ever do business with them in my entire life and don’t recommend anyone else to deal with them. On top of all that they never once called me or sent any notifications

  Went in the other day because I really needed help. I had been to a few other stores in town and the deans staff really knew what they were talking about. They saw I was having a bad day and cheered me up and made my day plus they were able to loan me more than the other stores. I would and will defiantly do business with them again.

  I was in the hospital suffering from trauma after having my Daughter. I remembered that my rings were due! I called and spoke to a lady that works at Deans and she told me that she understood. I felt relief and I was able to pay the next day! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5 STARS! THANKS!

  Just called right now to see if they take smart watches the employee rudley said No!, Then as I was about to ask if they would take something else he had hung up on me. If this is how they treat you over the phone then I can imagine how poorly they must treat you in store

  Went here to sell a set of gold and diamond rings, originally bought for 3,000. When I went in the guy behind the counter tried telling me they were "gold plated" when I had just had them tested for purity. They aren't gold plated btw, he told me he would buy them both for 75. I laughed and left. He was really just trying to screw me over because I am a young woman and he thought he could. Pfft. Dont go here unless you want to be screwed. They will not hesitate to try. 😠

Rude,Disrespectful,Don't Care To Listen To Assist You..Just Awful..Jason is Beyond Rude..Absolutely No Customer Service Skills..Talking To Other Employees Laughing As I Was OTP With Him..Couldn't Assist Me Probably Because HE WASNT LISTENING..NEVER AGAIN Will I Do Business Here.Disgusting.
