  I have used Granite West Funding as a realtor to secure great interest rates for my clients. They have always done a suburb job. Great loan brokers are hard to come across and Granite West has several of them. I've worked with Jesse to get some for complex deals through escrow, that other brokerages may not have been able too. In fact I've enjoyed working with them so much that when I refinanced my personal home I went Jesse as well. They also offer a wide variety of products and services.   Our Lender Andrew was amazing and he without a doubt was the reason our escrow closed successfully. We originally had another lender and days before escrow was to close our loan fell through. You can imagine how scary that was. Thank goodness the sellers agent had Andrew as contact, he was able to come in days before our original escrow was to close and only add on an additional couple of weeks and make our loan happen. He was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and handled every timeline that had to be met with ease. We would recommend him without a doubt.
