  I cannot believe this place is allowed to be in business! I brought a couple pieces of jewelry here to get a loan. They took one of my pieces and completely tore it apart! When I told them I was not selling it and only wanted a loan, they argued with me and said they had to do that in order to make sure it was not fake. Are you kidding me?? You have to destroy my jewelry that I was planning on coming back for because you weren't sure it was real??? What kind of business is this that the workers can't tell the authenticity of something without ruining it? I told them I wanted to be compensated for my broken piece and they offered me a ridiculously low price!! I said no and went to the police station to file charges against them. Apparently, this method of doing business is nothing new. The police officer told me that they have received several complaints against this place. The officer then told me to go get my jewelry appraised at a reputable place and then sue them if they don't pay it. I went to another jewelry store first to see if my piece could be fixed and they said it was beyond repair! They told me that I should go to Secondhand Rose downtown if I wanted to sell it as they were not interested in buying it. I went to Secondhand Rose and the lady quoted me a price that was higher then the pawn shop! So not only did they destroy my jewelry, they wanted to screw me on the price for it as well! I will be demanding a payment from the pawn shop and if they do not comply, I will certainly take action against them. Either these people have no idea what theyre doing, or they are hoping that by breaking it I will not want to come back and they can buy it from me for next to nothing. Regardless, this place needs to be shut down.

  This is a great place to come if your in need of a loan. The people working there are very professional and treat you with respect. They have awesome deal on jewery and other items as well! Highly recommend! Thanks guys for all help! Customer for life!

  These guys are straight up if your reasonable so are they, really helpful and not pushy at all. I had to pawn something amd was really glad i went the this place Max the gentleman who helped me both with the pawn/Lone and when i paied and picked up my Drone was absolutely professional I would return and recommend this place no doubt

  Been here many times they act like they are your friends then they rip you off. They took all my nice Snap-on tools for pennys on the dollar. Ive been going thru rough times and had to sell a lot of things. Today went in with a New Samsung Tablet. Verg nice and very popular and they treated me terrible. Would not take the tablet and the owner simply told me he was not interested. Beware only go here if you have high end and expect to be ripped off.

  Lodi Pawn rocks. I've mostly dealt with Max, he is quick, respectful and fair, Mike is a great guy also, just never conducted business with him at the pawn shop. I recommend Lodi Pawn for loans, jewelry and most anything else you can think of.

  NO STARS! (Had to click on one star in order to publish my write) Some friends and I have had uncomfortable experiences in this. One too many, which has led me to write a review. Each time I left feeling looked down upon, embarrassed for even trying to get a loan. As if it isn't humbling enough to even walk into a pawn shop to begin with. Where I come from it is not a proud moment to ask anyone for anything let alone in trade for money! Yet here is a business offering trade for money as their business. Yet leaving customers feeling sorry to have ever entered the building and thinking they solely for the take. Business owners and their employees in Lodi that do not have a friendly welcome, cannot even FAKE respectful conversations or lack any signs of humanity at all. DO NOT SURVIVE THIS TOWN! And whats with all the guns wallpapered on the walls without any electronic door security to enter or leave? Guys, if you remain looking down your nose at customers, interact disrespectful and without security doors for the safety of yourself and the public, just know that word of mouth in this small town is more powerful than the most expensive advertising available. Having said that, I have no doubt in my mind that without some adjustments with your customer handling, this place will not be around too long. Employees packin pistols on their hips gave me a sense of security, not enough to go back. No security, No respect, No Thank you. Just Sayin,,,,

  Went in to the shop today to look at some jewelry for my boyfriend and david there helped me figure out wat kind of chain and gave me a price at about 1/3 of what I have been seeing all over the place. Thank u guys so much he really liked it

  Had a great experience. They have a wide selection of jewelry. I bought my first chain and they gave me a great deal.

  My only suggestions for this establishment if you do not patronize them they are cracks or sell staff tells you one thing and management does another is still your stuff If you buy any of their items I suggest you make sure they work before you buy them because they cannot guarantee anything I was just going anywhere but here to do business they should be shut down

  Steve. Just because you were 2 months past due on your loan doesn’t mean you falsify claims that you are making. Unfortunately there are deadlines for loans, and if you don’t repay within that time frame, we have to take the item.

  If shopping around town this was the place where I bought a ring the price was great compared to other places. The guys there were honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks I will be back
