  great store they seem to have every coin there is,at least to me. I just started collecting and love to go there but the thing that bothers me is that they treat me like I'm not worth their time.I don't go in there and spend 100's of dollars at a time nor have I sold any jewelry or coins to them so they can profit but over the last 6 months I've probably spent around 400.00 I don't want to be treated special but my business had better be appreciated and I don't think that they do .I would go there more but I just don't like that feeling that their doing me a favor by letting me in the door so I can waste their time on a 10 or 20 dollar purchase

  The reviews are TRUE. Awful customer service! The security guards provided more customer service than the actual employees! I called ahead to see if they had any Louis Vuitton backpacks for sale. I was put on hold for 7 minutes so the gal could go check. Another gal got on the phone and asked me what she could help me with...I told her that another gal was checking on a backpack for me. She put me on hold again for another 5 min. Finally she told me that they had one backpack. Idk why it took so long? Um the place isn’t that big... So I finally get to the store. I went straight to the Louis section and looked around for employees to help me. Nobody greeted me besides the security guard. There were two guys sitting in the back of the store doing nothing, just looking around (They were two white guys wearing black shirts, they were not security guards, they were employees). I made eye contact with one of them figuring that he would walk over to me and help me. Welp he didn’t! I wish I could get paid to sit around and do nothing! HA! I stood around like an idiot for 7minutes and then I just walked out. I told the security guard on the way out thank you but they just lost my business! It would’ve been a different scenario if I walked in and one of the employees told me “I’ll be right with you” but NOBODY did. I am a very successful woman and was not about to wait around like a dummy. Time is money, I’m sure the owner is aware of this too. I was prepared to buy a Louis Vuitton backpack...cash in hand....and because nobody acknowledged me for 7 minutes, I left. I will NEVER come back here and neither should anyone else. Horrible customer service and they will waste your time. ***If the owner would like to call me and make this right. Please message me. I am horrified the way this business is ran.

  Horrible store. I went in a year and a half ago spent more than 1.3K in coins they assured me had numismatic value and would serve as a good hedge against inflation. I then go in earlier this week only to be offered less than 35% of what I spent. I bought a Carson city Morgan in a GSA plus case and paperwork for $250 it still had the barcode they used to sell it and they offered me $160... this is the reason I will never buy gold or silver coins again. The hobby is dying off because of shops like this that when times get hard they low ball people in need. I only bought from this place and they told me they buy based off of eBay lowest sold price... this is how you treat loyal customers? Since then I sold my coins on eBay for far more than they offered. I now only invest in bitcoin and have recovered my losses. Never again. Keep in mind spot price was with the purchase price a year ago within cents of current spot price and they still offered less than 35%. What really got me was they offered me $160 for my GSA cc Morgan but showcased one for sale for over $600 same year same grade.... I couldn’t believe they 1 lied to me about retaining value and 2 lowballed me so bad so as to maximize profit for them. During the pandemic when people need the money this is absolutely unacceptable. Here’s a picture of what they quoted me for the coins I only purchased from them.

  Jesus has helped me for several years. He is kind, knowledgeable n most of all compassionate when my Dear Mom passed away. Thank you Jesus.   Not always the fastest place to buy things but decent prices. And sorry they don't pay a lot for used. Jewelry is a rip off. Always good to check spot price before you go for rounds. Sometimes better to buy off line because of sales tax. Most online need $100 minum purchase to cover shipping.

  This place is a rip off. Just sell your gold and silver to JM Bullion. You’ll get 15-25% more. No you're not you paid me just over $25 for Silver Eagles that I could have sold to JM bullion for $32 a coin. I did not know at the time that it was an option. You ripped me off.

  If you have gold to sell, don’t go here. Go to NW corner of First and Tulare ave. The travel agent place in the same strip as uncle toms. The guy in there will always beat everyone else’s price per gram. The best by far. As for the coin gallery... it’s mostly sketchy. The truth is what you get for your items depends greatly on who you get to help you. One day I was offered $100 for a gold chain (and turned it down), only to find myself back there the next day and a different worker offered me $180. Some people in there are actually pleasant to do business with. Others are shady, a few are straight up despicable.

  Always gave me a fair price on a loan when I needed it the most. Took very good care of my cherished items and explained every thing I did not understand and really took time with me on several occasions when I was in a pinch. I highly recommend them for honesty and accountability.

  They sold me a louis purse that was not authentic in the least bit. And when I bought I believe I got a 100 discount from what you could buy in store. This purse was so fake it cracked material blistered and they tried to say it was me now let me tell you I have other louis and not one has ever done a NY of these. The stamp on handle dias p eared, the brass faded, it cracked. Even the store it's ld a a I'd it was a fake. I still have my first d & b purse brass did not fade. Coach Calvin Klein brass does not fade paid 1500 for a fake and they woukdnt d o anything about, so honestly by from the store the 200 discount u s nt worth it. So disappointed,

  I initially left a negative review on a watch that was scratched during a visit to this location. After talking with the owner and working on a solution, I am very pleased with this place and their practices. They chose to make it right and fix the issue. Therefor I will be buying more items from here. Thank you
