He was able to help me tremendously and was very patient and made sure I understood everything.   I would say from the beginning to the end Ms Rebecca was very pleasant and professional and caring. I loved her customer service very much she made me feel relaxed and at peace during this process. I would recommend her in one main to anybody that needing any kind of loan or help they are there to help you.   I worked with a gentleman name Mike S., I was not sure intially what I wanted to do in reference to applying for a loan. Mike was very knowledgeable about all of my options and provided me with the information I needed to make the best decision and choice for myself. Mike answered all of my questions and was available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. This is a company I can say I respect and would refer to anyone else that needed assistance.   Received pre-qualify offer in the mail then went on their site to check it out . Got there and it said I was prequalify again . I applied then they said I was “approved “ upon verification of income . Submitted my proof of identity then took a few days to think since I was hesitating whether to accept the high interest I was offered . When I was ready to go to their office with my proof of income , I received a call but missed it and when I called back I was asked if I had a consigner. I said no then the lady hung up on me . As you can see my income and my credit was fair enough. Not sure what went wrong before the verification of income but That’s how the process went for me .

  One Main Financial on Easton Road is a wonderful establishment very personable very caring and very professional I will recommend anyone in need of financial help to go to One Main Financial the lady that helped me I give her a hundred Stars and your company is wonderful I thank you for helping me in my time of need

  One main financial is the worst lending institution, I wish I was able to rate them negative zero. The rates are insanely high and the agents provide false information just to close a deal. I would recommend going to a credit union.
