  Total liars!!! Made 1st of 3 payments I owed. No complaints I owed the bill. Willing to pay full amount within 45 days. Cashed 1st of 3 checks. Explained to Aaron I had covid twice because I am a 1st responder and fell behind due to being deathly sick. These people have no morals. I'll still make last 2 payments but I wonder how they would feel if roles were reversed. I never wish bad on people because I spent a lifetime risking my own life for others but these people aren't really human. They are a complete disgrace to humanity. I hope the people who are decent and work for this company find a job wear they can be proud. I'm sure it was great for them to work from home while some of us couldn't.

  This company has been calling me every few months for at least 7 years. They are always looking for the same woman - a woman with the same first name as mine (but with a different spelling and pronunciation), a completely different middle name, currently a completely different and totally dissimilar last name, but at one time she apparently had an alias that used the same last name as mine. Our names are so different that it's hard to imagine how anyone could get us mixed up even once - the fact that their employees have called me scores of times over a number of years is mind boggling. Each time they call I spend a good deal of time going over who I am with them, and they agree to stop calling. Till next time that is. I just received a message from my 90 year old mom saying they tried to call me at her house and left a message for me to call them back. This company should get people who are better trained at tracking down debtors, because it's not very cost effective when employees keep wasting time calling the same person year after year, even after that person has been ruled out.

  I called the creditor company they said I owe on. The creditor Company said all of my accounts are paid and there was no outstanding balances or anything in collections. I told FBCS this and they told me I can “dispute it”. Uh no, the creditor said my accounts are fine. I will be reporting this company because clearly you are scamming people out of money. Good luck with the legal action taken against you!

  Constantly called me for weeks , never left a voicemail. I decided to answer one time and the guy told me that I owed over 2k for a hospital bill . Funny thing was I had just paid off all of my medical bills from that hospital ,so I know what collections agency they use. He said it never was reported to my credit even though it had went to collections . I told him at the time I couldn’t take down the info and asked if it could be emailed to me . He told me no so I told him to call back at another time ,never heard from them again .

  They have called me every single day and when I answer the phone, they hang up. I answer it under my business name because this is my BUSINESS cell phone number. I call back and they ask my name, I tell them. They ask if I received a letter or a phone call and I say that they've called me every day and hang up. She gets an attitude and says that it was NOT her. She said they're collecting a debt for some guy that isn't even close to my name nor do I even recognize the name. If they call me back, they'll be hearing from my lawyer.

  Told them a week ago i had filed bankruptcy and that the bill was taken care of. Said they put it in the notes. Proceeded to call me every day, at work, from different numbers. Read your notes and dont call me! Talk to the bankruptcy attorney!

  They have been constantly calling me for over 5years looking for a Julia Littlewolf. I have NO idea who this even is. They called me today and I tried again to explain that I am not her, the agent HUNGUP on me!! I called them back and talked to a guy who blew me off as well. I have sent them an email advising if they continue this harassment I will be getting a lawyer and going to the BBB. Enough is ENOUGH!

  They’re calling me for a debt made by another person. I don’t have any debt that I know I owed from. They’re a total scam artist.

  I received a letter in the mail regarding an outstanding bill i’ve had on my credit for five years. The letter stated they would resolve the debit if I paid a reduced amount for X amount of dollars. I figured it was legit and used my credit card to make the full reduced amount payment. Thought it was a good deal and I could pay it off using credit. A letter was sent to my house showing my payment and the outstanding balance. So of course I tried contacting them but have not received any call backs or e-Mail like the voice mail said I would. Tried to have the debit removed from my credit and it was denied each time I try stating it’s correct. These guys lied and scammed me. I wonder if I can get my money back if I call my credit card company?

  This company called me saying they were reaching out to give me an opportunity to setup payment arrangements to clear a debt before garnishment actions were taken against me. Except they do not have any ability to garnish my wages nor am I legally responsible for any of the debt they are trying to make me pay. They gave me a court case number claiming they can garnish my wages per the order. However the order includes a consent order vacating any judgment against me. These people are scam artists and harass innocent people who don't owe them a dime. DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING UNTIL THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH WRITTEN PROOF AND YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED ITS VALID.
