  I don’t promote much, if at all, but I need to give a shout out to First Financial Lending and the service they provided my wife and I. After an appraisal waiver and minimum money for closing (less than $500), we went from a 30 year down to a 20 year, reduced our interest rate, and removed our mortgage insurance. Also, we got to skip two months worth of payments and our prior bank sent back our escrow money. All of this and our payment is slightly less! The process from start to finish took less than 4 weeks! Now while this won’t be the same for everyone, there is no reason not to give Bob a call and have him assess your situation! You never know!

  I went to First Financial with a challenging situation. I work part time plus own my own business. There were some uncommon circumstances with my business.
