      Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and important. Although I had ordered my truck previously to the 30th of March, at anytime I was in the dealership everyone couldn't of made me feel more at home. Was a pleasure to work with all the folks there and I would highly recommend going there.

      This is my 5th or 6th car that I’ve purchased from Barlow. Ed Barlow III is beyond what I could hope to expect from any car salesman. He is honestly like family to me. Frank Quattrone is another ace in the whole. Outstanding employees at Barlow, if you ever are afraid of shopping for a car don’t be. Barlow treats everyone like family. Like that bar from cheers, where everyone knows your name. It’s worth it.

      I actually like like the dealership, The employees are for the most part nice, and it isn't hard getting in and out, nothing really bad in there. It's nothing that I wouldn't recommend. Even they did mess up, they made it up for. They do a lot more than you would expect from a Chevy dealer to keep your business. The selection on the lot is really good too. Good to walk around and drool over the new models. I mainly take my wife's car there as it's a"new" car (17), but my car, I do most of the work myself (10), their prices are a bit high, mostly the parts (which I can't really blame them for). But this is the part I hope the owners/managers actually read. The sales side doesn't seem to have enough people, many times when I walk around, I can just walk around, no salesmen to bother me (I like it) but then when I want to ask questions, they aren't there either. The service is nice, but feels cramped, they need more techs to get though vehicles (feels like they have more business there than they can handle, leading to not enough appointments, and fairly long wait time). The advisors space feels tiny, there wasn't many customers there, but there isn't much privacy, I could easily hear everyone talking, like it was hard to ignore it, as if I had to raise my voice to talk over it. Also the waiting room is great. But the coffee machine is not very use friendly, the small water bottles are nice (I rather the big ones), and every time I been there, the snack "box" is empty, it would be nice to actually have something in there, cheap snacks, maybe some fruits, maybe putting some sodas and juices too (tea would be amazing). Sarah Di Pinto that commented below(7 months ago) is my wife, and that problem was resolved and taken care of. They really did make it up for it.
