  William Lloyd and National Integrity have been servicing myself and my clients needs for the last 3 years. Did you ever sit through a closing that took over 2 hours and the title clerk was unorganized still printing documents when you got there? That happens at almost every other title company that I have ever used. With National Integrity you are in and out and alway have a smooth, quick closing. You also get near immediate responses from the processors on the file as well. I could not be more happy using William Lloyd, and the National Integrity LLC. group.   If it wasn' t for the extraordinary efforts of Bill Loyd, Ann Capozzoli and the rest of the NITA team, my company's commercial real estate closing would not have happened as scheduled. NITA went above and beyond to make sure everything went through as scheduled and to compensate for our lender's oversights. Purchasing a new building for my company is one of the most intense and rewarding experiences of my career.
