  Let me just say that i was skeptical based on other peoples review of different One Main branches BUT... the west berlin branch in NJ exceeded my expectations. Kalena was AMAZING...process was quick and easy, she talked me through everything and answered all of my questions. I will def. be recommending to others.

  The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude when I called over the phone and when I came into the office she had an even nastier attitude. To the point I took my business elsewhere!
