  45 minutes to settle on our house! Lou Forrester at National Title Agency, 701 Route 73 Marlton N.J. Unit 1, sets the bar as high as it can go. Paperwork was ready and waiting for us. Over thirty years in the business, Lou treated us with the utmost respect. Straightforward, no nonsense, perfect execution of making settlement. Perfect, a job well done.   We were the sellers of a property, of which the buyers choose National Title for their title agency on the recommendation of their credit union. National title was incompetent in supplying us with the necessary documents for closing and did not seem to know which documents we needed consistently. They were unprofessional on phone conversations and would give different advice consistently. I would not want someone else to go through the same experience that I had. I was required to get new notarized documents from a co-signer the day before closing and personally drive 3 hours to pick them up the day prior to closing, since they changed what we required to close, the day prior to closing.
