  Great friendly atmosphere and to top it off Tiffany was amazing through the whole process of helping me. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable would definitely recommend this location and to the office manager that helped in the process and friendly. Thank you

  I visit with OneMain Financial locations 1739 SW Loop 410 Ste 302 was Amazing staff was friendly and Quick didn't have to wait long Thanks too Evelyn and Tiffany. I would rather go to the locations then doing the loan on line Thanks Ladies 👍

  I don’t know if this is because of the location but I am very disappointed with one main. I am writing this on behalf of myself and my girlfriend. I personally used one main before in the past and was a very quick and painless process I received my loan less than 24 hours and was a happy customer. Several years later I recommend my girlfriend to use them since I had such a positive experience, except this time is the most painful process ever because we are still dealing with it. She applied for a healthy size loan in late July early August and was approved instantly. Except no one from the location gave her a call I had to personally call them to tell them to call her because she received an email saying she’d be in contact with a specialist soon. After that she was able to move forward. At the time she was using a mobile only bank and we didn’t realize one main has had issues with them in the past with customers receiving their money until we were waiting for a week and still hadn’t received our loan. After calling back and fourth they recommended we switch to a real bank which we did and they also apologized for not letting us know so after switching to a real bank which is a credit union we wait another week and still no loan. We call the bank and they told us they didn’t see any incoming deposits, so we call one main again and tell my girlfriend to come in to go over everything and turns out they got her account number wrong. At this point one main gave us a $350 gift card and apologized for their error. However we are now in the ending days of August and still haven’t received our loan. We recently talked to the same lady that has been helping us and she confirmed everything with my girlfriend and gave her an estimated time of 24 hours. It’s past then and still nothing. We applied for the loan in early August so we wouldn’t be behind on bills or have to sacrifice anything after her loosing her job, but we’re almost in September and we are officially behind with no loan still. I am hoping the deposit comes in later today or tomorrow Friday morning but the way this situation has been going I think I can say for both of us we have lost our trust in one main.

  The staff and supervisor really care about their members. I desperately needed their help and Laura was patient with me and did everything they could. I really appreciate One Main. There when I needed them.

  I have been doing business with this location for close to ten years. I have always had nothing but excellent service. The branch manager, Tony, is excellent. I would recommend this location without any resevations.
